Official RMB RP Moderation Notice: Inferno Shiver

After consulting with my colleagues,
Friently and The sanada clan, it has come to our attention that there is an outstanding matter that we must regrettably address.

The matter which I speak of, concerns RMB RP nation Inferno shiver. After a thorough discussion, we have deemed it necessary to address Inferno Shivers behaviors in pertinence to the community as a whole.

Taking into consideration that Inferno Shiver refuses to abide by the rules set forth in Friently's Treaty Against Godmodding.

Taking into consideration that Inferno Shiver refuses to abide by the rules set forth in Yukkira's Treaty of the Right to Live.

Taking into consideration that a majority of nations in the TNP RMB RP Community considers him as both extremely disruptive and belligerent both In-Character and Out-of-Character.

Taking into consideration that after having been given numerous chances to reform, Inferno simply turned back around and continued to do as he sees fit without regard to reformation of unacceptable habits, actions, and behaviors.

Effective Immediately,

Inferno shiver is hereby banished from the TNP RMB RP Community. All actions In-Character henceforth are considered null and void.

Puczovska will, upon receiving this notice, remove Inferno Shiver from the canon RMB RP Map.

This ban will last indefinitely until such a time comes when the RMB RP Moderation Team, under unanimous agreement, agrees to lift it.

Any appeals to this decision will be heard by the below RMB RP Moderators:

- The ✠ Grand Empire ✠ of Friently
- The sanada clan
- The Kekkeryist Kekkury Yuh Yeet of Yukkira

Henceforth, this notice sets the precedent that disruptive and belligerent nations who refuse to conform to the laws and rules of the RMB RP Community, can be banished after given adequate reason.
