The Followers of the Ferret Citizenship Act [DRAFT]
Definitions:Resident: Any nation residing within Followers of the Ferret, and whose identity is not actively verified or has been residing in the region for less than 6 days.
Diplomat: A nation whose identity is verified, and are within Followers of the Ferret in the capacity of representing their home region.
Citizen: Any nation residing within Followers of the Ferret, and whose identity is actively verified and has been residing in the region for at least 6 days (period temporarily set at 48 hours instead)
🔹 The purpose of establishing a citizenship act within Followers of the Ferret is to discern the identity of voters, for the sake of a transparent and democratic representation within the region.
🔹 The identity verification process is generally done through the World Assembly, as a nation may only have 1 nation within the WA at any given time.
🔹 A citizen must always remain within the WA to be a citizen.
🔹 A citizen does not always have to keep a particular nation within the WA. They may switch WA nations, they may even have their WA nation outside the region, so long as they keep public record of the location of their WA nation.
🔹 Residing within the region does not require a citizenship. A citizenship however is required to participate in regional government activities and some RP activities.
