Article I - Nations Rights
Individual Nations have the following Rights:

Right to make decisions for their Nation as they please

Right to join and vote in the World Assembly as they please

Right to join or found a party and vote on legislation in the Parliament

Right to fair trial judged by a council of your peers in the Supreme Tribunal

Right to freedom of speech on the Regional RMB and international RMBs within limits; this also extends to telegrams/Discord messages with other regions

Right to take action how you see fit in NationStates Events

Right to run for any office up for election at current time

Article II - Government Offices
The Implementation of Government Offices are as follows:
W.A. Delegate:

Appointed by the current leader or founder

Has Executive Authority

Has World Assembly Authority

Has Communications Authority

Has Border Control Authority

Has Appearance Authority

Has Embassies Authority

Has Military Authority

Has Polls Authority

Article III - Alliances
The Implementation of Alliances are as follows:

May enter Alliance if passed by both the current leader and their heir

Will abide by Alliances Laws if they don't Interfere with the Constitution

Will Aid Alliance Allies as states in the Alliances Charter if needed

Article IV - Regional Economy
The Implementation of a Regional Economy is as follows:

The Regional Economy is Set by Executives

Nations must abide by the Rules of the Regional Economy

Nations must abide by Labor & Currency Standards

Article V - Imperial Territories
The Implementation of Imperial Territories are as follows:

Territories must follow Regional Constitution

Territories may have different laws as long as they don't defy constitution

Territories may have government but are surbordinate to the PCWZ Empire

Executives may Jointly decide with the Emperor to set forth Imperial Orders

Article XXIII - Nullification Act

The Regional Constitution may not be Nullified at any time, but can be amended by the founder or the leader of the region

Article XXIV - Impericism Act
The Implementation of the Impericism Act is as follows:

The Empress of the PCWZ Empire reserves the right to use any and all power

Article XXV - Assimilation Act
The Implementation of Assimilation Act is as follows:

The PCWZ Empire may assimilate regions as they see fit

Article XXVI - Anti-AntiFa Act
The Implementation of the Anti-Facism Act is as follows:

No one may Aid AntiFa in the PCWZ Empire under any circumstances

Article XXVII - Anti-DEN Act
The Implementation of the Anti-DEN Act is as follows:

No one may Aid DEN in the PCWZ Empire under any circumstances

Article XXVIII - Militarism Act
The Implementation of the Militarism Act is as follows:

The PCWZ Empire may issue a Draft and build militias

Article XXIX - Imperialism Act
The Implementation of the imperialism Act is as follows:

The PCWZ Empire may have Territories and Protectorates

Article XXX- Slander Act

No one may make slanderous accusations towards another nation, unless the claims are proven by facts.

First Amendment; Foreign Cooperation Amendment: Nations working as ambassadors or working with other regions must always be professional when representing the PCWZ. Failure to conduct themselves in a mature manner can result in said nation losing their position in the government or even being banished from the empire depending on the serverity of what they said and/or did.

Second Amendment; Restricted Protest Amendment: The government is allowed to use military force to end any protest that is deemed too big and/or hostile. It also allows the government to charge members of such protests with a crime. Example of a protest like this would be if someone made a protest PCWZ region like those that have been made in the past.
