Description of Something Whatsitsname

Something Whatsitsname is a nation of dragons.

The seven tribes have united. They now have a President, and they rotate who gets to be President around the tribes. The current President is River, daughter of Azalea the RainWing and Prince Kelp the SeaWing.
River is relatively young, about 6 years old (dragons age differently than humans), but she always tries to make the correct decisions, protecting Civil Rights and Political Freedom and making allies rather than enemies whenever possible. She is also a registered animus. She went to Jade Mountain Academy, one of the first intertribe schools ever established, in the Quartz Winglet. She is also descended from the ancient SeaWing royal line (that is how she got to be an animus, there has been animus blood there for millenia), and so she has kept the traditional title of Princess, even though it is no more than a decoration now.

The map is seriously out of date, from near the end of the War of SandWing Succession, but it was the best I could find which did not give out any spoilers about the book series that I based this nation on, the Wings of Fire series by Tui T. Sutherland. The differences from canon are that the third arc hasn't happened, it's a few generations after the 10th book, and all the stuff I said about democracy 'n stuff. I encourage you to go check it out, even though it is technically a "children's book" series. Why you should consider it is in another factbook.
