Foreign Affairs Act
The Parliament of Ravana Assembled, Under Blessing of The Sovereign and Pontifex Maximus, Under Oath of Democracy and Fealty, Do Hereby Enact the Following:❈ 1.1 A Ministry is hereby established, by the name of "Ministry of Foreign Affairs", with a mandate to represent the Kingdom abroad in the name of the People and Sovereign.
❈ 1.2 The Ministry shall be lead by a Minister of Foreign Affairs, hereafter "Minister", a citizen appointed by the Prime Minister according to the constitutional process, and who served at the pleasure of the Prime Minister.
❈ 1.3 The Minister may themselves appoint staff to the Ministry, who serve at their pleasure and whose actions are subject to their approval or reversal according to the policy established by the minister
❈ 1.4 The Minister shall establish policy and organizational structure of their Ministry
❈ 1.5 The Sovereign of Ravana shall serve in a permanent consultatory role in the Ministry.
Section Two: Role
❈ 2.1 The Ministry is authorized to establish embassies, and present ambassadors to other regions, with the consent of the Sovereign and Prime Minister.
❈ 2.2 The Ministry is authorized to communicate and liase upon the behalf of the region, under direction of the Sovereign and Prime Minister
