Amendments of the Republic

Amendment 1: Freedom of Speech
the Congress of the Republic shall make no laws infringing on the freedom of speech unless it is meant to cause mental or physical harm to another citizen.
Amendment 2: Right to Bear Arms
the Congress of the Republic shall make no laws infringing on the rights of all citizens of the Republic to Bear Arms.
Amendment 3: Marriage Equality
Congress of the Republic shall make no laws infringing on the right to marry whether it be same-sex marriage or opposite sex marriage.
Amendment 4: Speedy Trial
All citizens of the Republic have the right to have a speedy trial.
Amendment 5: refuse military housing
Any citizen of the Republic is not required to house any form of military personnel.
