The Corps Expéditionnaire Michellae en Africaine (CEMA) was formed officially on 30th April by the Michellaen Government and made directly subordinate to the Office of the First Minister. The Corps has recieved directives to 'restore French control in the Angolas.'
The CEMA is largely made up of voluntarily-enlisted indigenous tirailleurs from the Michellaen African territories from Gambon and the Côte d'Ivoire.
The CEMA is founded from the available personnel in Africa, including 38,000 indigenous people. Colonial soldiers make up the bulk of the ground forces. they represent most of the men of the ground forces. Most of the professional airborne units (BPC) and the entire Chief of Staff are French, Belgian and Dutch as are artillery and specialist units.
