Update on the war of 2017: I have moved into the region and I might be getting power over borders and embassies (but I don't know if it's going to happen). So far one of my region mates has made a puppet nation and moved there and the other one doesn't want to get involved. But, so far they don't know they are being invaded. And another thing, the Black Hawks seem to be quiet about this.

Update part 2: I have become region officer of alpha and beta quadrant of Milky Way. But I don't know what to do from here. I don't know if I should kick people or slowly get more power.

I did some digging and sent some telegrams and have found out that the alpha and beta quadrant of Milky Way was invaded by the black Hawks.
And also I can't kick anyone yet because I don't have enough regional influemce
Should we call off the attack and side with them to take down the black Hawks?
