I have received information from Southern xenick (and from me RPing) that Krovx Belgium has, after joining the WA 2 days ago, proclaimed himself WA delegate of RGBN.Krovx Belgium has acknowledged that he has talked with Plaugetopia, his Vice-President about the matter and as Plaugetopia is the current WA Delegate, he has acknowledged that Krovx Belgium, as his "Boss", he will give up the position that he earned democratically. We have acknowledged that it is OK for Krovx Belgium to do this. But after Southern xenick, former Minsiter of Roleplay and Activities, telegrammed me about how Krovx Belgium has been sending telegrams pressuring nations to endorse him. This is unjust and must be stopped. We await decision from the Prime Minister and Founder.

This is true but Krovx Belgium says that it is all within his power by the constitution, which frankly, seems like something it should have gone over.

In both state law of RGBN and in terms of federal law, there is nothing regarding WA delegates or WA membership. States are allowed to conduct WA policy in any manner they wish as per the constitution due to states almost full control over state domestic matters relating to them alone. The federal government at this time sees no reason to commit to mediation in this matter.

It may be within the Constitution, but urging nations to endorse him, by spamming telegrams, is unjust. At the very least, he should not be able to send these endorsement telegrams. He can urge us to endorse him by other means.
