yeah but it definitely allows for the greatest moral autonomy for an individual. the question is what institutions provide the best means to the end goal (whatever that may be. in my case, I argue that the end goal of hierarchy is ultimately promoting the welfare of the constituents in the society) and what degree of autonomy may be granted such that it does not allow for the formation of unethical power structures
