During the early morning of the 3rd of October 1970, Australian Military Aircraft start flying over the Alaskan Empire airspace and start doing strafing runs on any landed aircraft and the strategic bombing squadron has started targeting Anti-Aircraft facilities and positions. The entire Australian Navy which has been stationed in the Bismarck Sea for months has blockaded the Papua New Guinean ports of the Alaskan Empire with all stationed fighter aircraft scouting for any enemy fleets and protecting the fleets from naval bombers. The Multi-role Squadrons maintaining air superiority over Papua New Guinea, and will provide support for the Army. The Australian Army with it's 10 divisions shall equally split up to 5 per province with the 3 light tank divisions flanking enemy soldiers while being supported by the infantry and areas of the front with bunkers will have a focus of mechanized and heavy tank divisions in order to achieve a breakthrough for any areas of the front that show stiff resistance. The 2 Multi-role and 2 Fighter Squadrons that have been stationed in Papua New Guinea shall support the army in Close Air Support, the 2 Interceptor squadrons in Papua New guinea shall safeguard these missions by maintaining air superiority, the Tactical Bomber squadron in Papua New Guinea shall be precision bombings on Alaskan Artillery.
War in the Pacific
The air filled with thick black smoke and fire engulfing the buildings and the ships, HMS Yuri and her battlegroup were told to stay away, the Alaskan Air-Force staggers into the air to fight off the enemy. At 7:30am Battlegroup 2 loaded with soldiers make their way to the Jernoan Coastline after spy reports say that the attack was from the Jernoan Government with the King announcing on public TV "People of the Empire it seems that our long lasting peace with Nations have come to a halt, this morning the our Ships, Planes and troops were suddenly and deliberately attacked by the Jernoan Government and the Australians as much as we may think we must be vigilant I say to all of the citizens of the Empire if we lose land and yourselves do not make peace with your invaders RISE UP I say RISE UP we must take a stand we have been peaceful we have been attacked by an enemy stronger than ourselves but our wit and courage will see us all the way through." The Prime Minister issues the Scorched Earth command to all armed forces and says "we will not surrender but they will..." At 8am the Troops on the ships of Battlegroup 2 get on their landing crafts and set sail to the coast of Jerno for attack on their main land with 7000 troops making way for the coast. Meanwhile in Hawaii Anti Air guns are firing non stop at the Jernoan Planes with some luck but not much with many men shooting at them with their MG's and getting some Technical's from storage and firing at the planes with the 50. Cal machine guns and Anti Air guns on them, the Navy massively pulling out of the harbour and regrouping elsewhere what will happen next only time will tell...
Cleaning up the mess
Due to the numerical and technological advantage from the Australian Military, all divisions participating in the Papua New Guinean Offensive have been given orders to destroy all remaining Alaskan forces still on the island of Papua New Guinea that haven't already surrendered, due to reports from scouts reporting that farmland is being destroyed by the local Alaskan farmers. Mikhail Roskov has given directive No. 290 which declares that all areas not classified as combat zones and have been confirmed to have no more enemy forces within these areas, have been been approved to have humanitarian aid delivered to the farmers and workers suffering from the Alaskan Scorched Earth policies. The Australian Air Force has been given orders to target areas that have Alaskan soldiers occupying the areas in order to either destroy or convince the Alaskan soldiers to surrender, all air craft that are stationed on the carriers have been re-directed to look for Alaskan planes seeking to attack the Australian fleets, and to strafe the Alaskan war ships that are attacking the Australian Navy. All Bomber squadrons which are 1 strategic and 1 tactical have been ordered to double down on the load of bombs being dropped on Alaskan Artillery and navel guns that protect the shoreline. The Australian Navy reacts to being attacked by the Alaskan battle groups, 2 of the Australian Battle groups 2 and 3 are sent to engage the enemy while battle group 1 remains to continue the blockade and are ordered to fire on the navel guns that are firing on their position and have received orders for the destroyers and light cruisers to keep an watch using their SONAR to find any Alaskan Submarines and use any means to destroy any found submarines. Battle groups 2 and 3 have received orders to send their total of 20 submarines ahead to destroy Alaskan ships that are classified as high value targets such as Carriers and to sink the Alaskan Battleships, the Australian Battleships are to provide rear guard support along side the carriers, Australian Light Cruisers have been ordered to guard the carriers and Battleships from Alaskan Submarines using SONAR. The Remaining Australian Destroyers, Heavy Cruisers and Battlecruisers have been ordered to follow the Australian Submarines from a distance in order to engage the Alaskan battle groups by launching Guided Missiles to attack the Alaskan Fleet from a safe distance.
