I think it's funny how NS thinks that just because you don't give tax dollars to artists, they magically stop making art.
You can't really affect your influence. It's mostly a factor of how long you've been in the region and how many WA endorsements you have, as I recall.

Yeah, I mean Van Gogh ate his paint, he was so poor.
Have you seen how expensive oil paints are? If he was so poor, why didn't he eat his ear? XD
Maybe he ate the Tempra?
He used all his money for oil paints. So, when the time came to eat something, all he had was paint. It probably didn't help with the psychosis, with all those metals, and heavy metals being ingested.
Also, I know all too well about how expensive Oil paints are... hell even Acrylic is pretty expensive. The main reason I don't paint anymore.

i am working hard to be a psychotic dictator. maybe i can open up a khaddafi fried chicken franchise if i succeed.
I used to shoot for the Benevolent Dictatorship myself, but these days I think Scandinavian Liberal Paradise is more my cup of tea.
Also, van Gogh was sort of, well, batshit insane. He didn't cut off his own ear because he was hungry.
