I'm not sure a nation can be managed by a group of managers, this might be a violation of NS's TOS, but otherwise... Yeah, I guess a Dominion is a valid type of government.

They can? A nation managed jointly by more than one person can give them an unfair advatage in raiding/defending, Z-Day & N-Day. Especially if one person lives in Australia and the other in Europe.

Joint nations are often used by regions that have a shared founder account in order to make sure the nation doesn't CTE. In many regions, there is often a shared government account posting updates or publishing government dispatches, so that they don't look biased coming from a single person all the time.

The school management is usually appointed by the Board of Education or by whoever is in charge of the school, but you can run your school any way you choose! If you make it work as an oligarchy, I guess it is one.

Oh, it may be a benefit to the region for me to post here that I suspect that the snapshot of your nation for Season 3 (which is used to set rarities), will be taken some time within the next few days with the cards being released possibly within a week.

This is speculation on my part, but it's reasonably well founded by precedent. If there's anything last minute that you're aiming to do in order to up your stat badges or what have you, now would be the time.
