Now that I notice it, for someone who has a flag that is very anti authoritarian, I find ironic that you are talking just like an authoritarian

I agree with the sentiment but also violent speech should not be allowed. If a state is to exist which I disagree with in itself it does have a role to keep peace and in this keeping of peace violent speech should not be allowed. Now if someone is just saying bad things I do not think they should be censored no matter how bad but if they are inciting violence like David Duke it is a different story. How can you argue people should be allowed to promote race, religion, and ethnicity based violence how do you see that as okay to promote? People like David Duke have incited the rise in anti semitism and anti semitic hate crimes and yet you believe even with this said and even though they actively promote violence they should be allowed to speak?

With all these provided quotes we can see through a legal sense free speech is limited and if it provides imminent danger it can be "censored". Not only from a legals sense but for years it has been widely accepted that speech promoting violence is "immoral".

If it is just plain racist or something the government should not censor it although private companies may do as they wish, however if it incites violence it is a new conversation.

As you've already pointed out for determining what is incitement to violence, we have the "Brandenburg test", so authoritarians like you can't throw people in the gulag when they offend you.

That is bad language, yes it is but it doesn't incite any immediate danger thus it is protected by the first amendment

Who we are:

The Solidarity Party of the Union of Allied States is a party formed in opposition to extremism, a moderate alliance of nations from the centre-left to the centre-right of the spectrum, Solidarity is defined as a movement of shared interest and a common goal, and the common goal of solidarity is to find a moderate, centre ground, to uphold democracy, the rule of law, and to prevent political extremism from taking root in the Union's society.

The cornflower stands for hope and reliability and Solidarity stands for a stable Union, a stronger Union and a democratic Union, and our parties goal is to prevent threats to our democracy gaining power, standing as the Union's bulwark against communism and fascism. We aim to govern with strength and fairness, which is what the region needs.

Our 5 promises:

1. To be a strong opposition to any party or nation threatening our democracy and stability, to keep the Union out of the hands of the tyrannical and political extremists.

2. Ensure the region's laws are fluent, easy to read, revised regularly and are not contradictory with one and other.

3. To oppose any bill or amendment that is unconstitutional, to protect the Union's constitution and laws.

4. To ensure the government regulates political parties, off-site chats, and electoral proceedings with fairness and strength

5. To ensure that the freedoms of all nations, whether it be freedom of speech or a right to equality, shall be protected by the government.

  If the vote succeeds the Senator will be unseated and a new senatorial vote will be held. If the vote fails the Senator will be protected from another unseating vote for 30 days.

The Founder
The party founder is to ensure the well being of the party. They are to abstain from all party votes, unless there is a tie where they will then act as the tie breaker. They will hold no Senatorial powers in the UAS, and are to remain fairly neutral within the party.

Oh I apologies, the party was originally going to be called the "Centre" or "Moderate" party, as Cappedore can vouch for me on, but I was researching centrist parties in Europe such as the "European Solidarity" party in Ukraine and I liked the name, I'll change the name as soon as possible if you wish, my telegrams only go back to around 22 days ago, mainly delegate telegrams, but I believe you sent me the telegram a long while before that and the name wasn't even in my mind, and I believe the party was under a different name before that, I don't mean to infringe on that.

APPOINTMENT OF THE GOVERNMENT JUNTA OF THE UAS (GJUAS)

Under the Authority of Decree Law #19, I hereby appoint the following to the Government Junta of the UAS:

United Osean Federation
Cappedore
Highlock
La summa malitia
Elmito
Leria
United Sentinel States
Chokoku
Nimbys

United Osean Federation shall be designated as President of the Government Junta and shall assume command effective immediately. Highlock shall be designated as Foreign Minister and shall assume that office effective immediately.

The Government Junta of the UAS shall possess legislative and executive authority and the following powers are hereby granted by this decree:

• Authority to create and repeal current laws of the UAS.
• General government administration.
• Authority to send Constitutional Amendments to the Chairman for approval or rejection.
• Authority to appoint a cabinet to assist with General government administration.
• Authority to discuss all Governmental matters on the UAS Discord in its own channel.
• Authority to elect a Vice-President of the GJUAS if needed.
• Authority to use the UAS Government Board RMB

The GJUAS shall file a report with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and Chairman every five (5) days regarding its operations. Said report is to be filed on both the UAS Government Board and the UAS Court RMB.
