The Cuddlebats are enraged, adjusting their monocles furiously as they struggle to maintain composure.
"What?! Heathen, wear a monocle or else death will be assured!"
They eep flapping away and leaving complimentary candy for him.
After hearing the many reports and opinions of her new nation, Empress Astrid of the Delrakan Empire decided to make her first public action. Her first order was to immediately enter into a beneficial partnership with King Maximilian II of Refuga. Once details were discussed and secured, thousands of tons of oil were shipped to Delraka, placed into repositories that would feed her war machine’s insatiable hunger. Whatever Refuga needed was given without restraint, as Astrid was pleased to have such a large source of valuable oil. For Madoracia, Astrid would reach out to their leader, preparing a plan to ease the ethnic tension inside its borders. Reports of Poland’s military might were taken into deep consideration. Astrid would also reach out to Poland’s ruler, to build a grand bridge between them to connect them and unite powers within the world.
New Makasta, Rusheim, and Empire of seraphim
The mutual benefits between Refuga and Delraka are worrying to military analysts who remember the First World War and fear that a resurgent Delraka would return; opinions across the continent were still mixed over the Delrakan nation and its role in the future. Maximilian II was pleased to partner with Delraka, given the vast manpower base of the nation that allowed him to obtain cheap workers, as well as having scientific knowledge from the greatest universities of their empire. At the moment, the oil was a big factor, as it could be the difference between victory and crushing defeat in a world war. Most in the world ignore the possibility of such a thing, not because it wasn’t likely, but because it was too horrible to imagine. Madorcia, meanwhile, was dealing with a separatist struggle in Croatia, a sect of dark elves were trying to secede, and Madorcia didn’t want that, so they sent in the military; which is a common occurrence in the nation. The Polish government has not yet reported back, likely because they don’t trust either Delraka or Soviet Rusheim given their history.
The Naga ruler tilts his head, glancing down at his finger for a moment before looking back up.
“I hope that was sufficient.”
“I suppose I can eat the meal, but it will give me horrible pain. Still better than starving to death though.”

Cuddlebat servants greet him with food.
The Cuddlebats eep in despair, horrified that someone could deny a huggletime breakfast [i]and monocles![/i]
“I am glad you know enough to apologize. But what’s done is done, and now I cannot eat because this food has plant products.”
The ruler looks interested in the mention of creating minions, sitting up higher in his throne and raising an eyebrow.
“Oh? How does one go about creating minions?”
“I deeply apologizes if you would like I could have the train stop at the next town for you to have a more editable meal sir”
The Queen giggles, swirling the Ruler's blood in the vial about, smirking slightly.
"I can create synthetic minions by copying, combining, and altering the genetic makeup of creatures to make the perfect creature for myself."
A servant waits outside his door, ready to take him to the Queen.
He can see the Queen sitting on the throne with a bored expression on her face.
