If the merging goes alright it would be a real bless. Most of NDURs members are quite good fellas. We can certainly aid them and help the community grow together. I have also found a few other regions interested in a possible merging. So keep it up team! :)

Thank you Iloiada. And God Bless you for your positive feedback and excellent work. I knew we could depend on you! The negotiations so far are overall okay. Of course it is understandable that a few members see this as an infringement of their rights and a vicious attempt for us to boost Enadia's numbers but we certainly are looking for the best people to join in.
No worries Lat, I know what kind of a guy you are and you certainly will build an excellent home for newcomers. Let's keep it rolling then ;)

They're simply looking at it in terms of a region, not a community - and of recruitment - but what is merging really? It is the basic absorption of one region into another, and all of its constituent parts on terms of negotiation for that absorption are hereby recognized, yet albiet irrelevant when we think of it on the larger scale that yes - a merger is basically a recruitment drive where one entire region is put into the other. Except here, the purposes of the merger aren't aggressive or unwholesome - we have a reason to be wanting to do this on both sides and ultimately for the greater society it will benefit everyone involved in a greater way than if the merger did not go through -
NS has never been about region building for me - my loyalties lay not there. I am of the people, and forever will I stand behind them :p
I can't argue with that because as you said, this is not an aggressive attempt to recruit members of one region. It started professionally and it will end professionally. When it comes down to Latrovia,and boy I know him well... I wholly believe in his abilities and his good will to make everyone happy. I know that if a simple person is unhappy he will try his best to change that.
Is he perfect? Of course not and he is by no means a hero. He is a good man.
When it comes to Enadia, we certainly want to see the region grow. We are old gamers with a hell ton of an experience and we are certain that we can make Enadia one of the best community driven places, ultimately competing globally with the current leading regions.

Hey and welcome... Well there are many, really. From Ministerial positions, to Lecturers and professor positions in Luxford University, to Ambassadorial ones or many espionage careers etc. It all depends on your playstyle.
