I'm tempted to create something with an idea similar to a game I play, Rainbow 6. Basically, I want to create something like rainbow, a squadron of worldwide special forces who are initiated to fight terrorism and/or other similar situations.
Basically roleplay material in a way.

We have a bunch of lunatics with guns Jack. I'm sure I could write a backstory or two or a dozen for characters if need be. Hell, if you want, it could be a mercenary group or something similar if you don't want one government having control of it.
I'd rather have it a government controlled thing, basing it a bit more off siege.
