Traces of temporal energy, K-9? Are you sure? A Time Lord? I wonder who it could be? I thought that besides the Doctor, the Meddler, the Master and you, Romana, the rest of the Time Lords sat in bliss on Gallifrey. Any ideas who it is, Romana?
I've been thinking, a good offense is usually a great defense. So while we have two (?) Daleks vectoring on us, let's give them a surprise. Let's have both K-9's hide in those small depressions below the base of that rise in the ground. We can then decoy the Daleks here from the top of the rise and when they attempt to attack, we can jump off the rise and lure them into a cross-fire from our doggie companions. Once the Daleks are incapacitated, we can consider who and what lies ahead.

*Sarah Jane climbs to the top of the rise, she pretends to be be seeking her bearings, the closest Dalek sights her and begins close in on her, firing his weapon and screeching "EXTERMINATE!!! EXTERMINATE!!! EXTERMINATE!!!", Sarah Jane then turns and does a dive down the embankment of the rise ending up in a neat somersault, rises to her feet and dashes to the nearest depression*

*River Song, her torch barely illuminating the darkness ahead of her, proceeded into the heart of the Labyrinth of Rassilon, constantly consulting her computer and playing out the twine behind her she forged ahead until she reached a room with a multitude of corridors branching out in every direction, she searches in vain for some clue, either in the form of the Seal of Rassilon or some other direction giving markings on the walls and floor of the Labyrinth, she consult's her computer in hopes of finding some clue as to the direction she should take without success*
