Brian would get a call from the Oceanic Minister of State after they agreed to do the call.

"I am... Sorry for what happened. I know exactly why you are calling and I can honestly say that we might be a few steps ahead of you.

We have been investigating the Terrorists that attacked you for some time now but... But we had no idea anything like this was coming... Especially in Oceania. You have my word that we will help you do whatever it takes to bring those responsible to justice no matter what."

The Oceanic Minister agreed. "Its a tragedy what occured, the incident luckily wasn't a bombing. But it was still bad. A ton of lives were lost. But do you have any information for our intelligence agencies to use to find those responsible?"

Brian answered. "I know that their leader's name is Makarov but the rest... Is not stuff I can tell you myself over this line. I will give you coordinates to the HQ building of General Shepherd. He is the one leading our investigation and will have all the information your investigators need to help find and stop these terrorists."

The Oceanic Minister agreed to this. "Alright. What else do you have in mind?"

Brian continued. "I will also attend the memorial service you are having for the victims of the attack. I need to show you how much I care about the Oceanic people and show that the war between us is truly over."

"I'll notify the president about that. Also, is it possible for you to check travel records of the attackers?" The Minister asked him.

"General Shepherd will have more information about that. We believe they came from up north near the artic but remember that they are responsible for attacks here as well. You are not in this alone."

The Minister agreed. "We all did what we had to do in order to protect our people during that conflict. That is why it should be fine for you to come to the memorial service."

Brian finished. "Ok. I will be sure to let General Shepherd know that your investigators are going to him and that he needs to give any information they need to help stop these terrorists once and for all. Will see you at the funeral."

After that call ended Brian then called General Shepherd.

"Some Oceanic investigators are coming to help track down and either capture or kill Makarov. You are ordered to give them whatever information they need in order to help you do that."

General Shepherd didn't like it but he agreed to do it. "Yes sir. I will make sure they get what they need. Shepherd out."

The reinstated Chief Elder makes his first public appearance.

It's great to be back here at the residence of 10 St Abby Drive. We have a lot of work to pick back up on! A big thank you to Stratocratic-Anarchy Oceanic Empire for filling in while I was away! I believe our revitalization program is still on track! Lately, I've been going through somethings that affected my judgement here on NS. I've been working through it, and look forward getting back to work! Long live St Abbaddon!

Stratocratic-Anarchy Oceanic Empire calls out the Black stone legion 1 for violence in their nation.

Unknown Interrogator. "So Prince Jesse... What can you tell me about the time everything started to change. Start with the first morning. The day that the Oceanic investigators arrived."

Jesse answered. "I was dreaming about flying. Over the forests, jungles, and eventually Draganisia City itself. I wasn't in some helicopter. I was actually flying myself.

Interrogator. "Like a Dragon?"

Jesse. "Yes. But sooner or later though...

You always have to wake up."

Interrogator. "So what happened?"

Jesse. "That was the morning that the Oceanic investigators were supposed to arrive. Their job was to help us hunt down and capture Makarov before he attacked anyone else. The first mission we worked together on was finding the weapons dealer that helped Makarov. He was in the outskirts of Draganisia City in a poor part of town built up and down the side of a mountain next to the ocean. We thought it would be an easy in and out mission. But we were wrong."

Petra sits in her office with a group of her cabinet and top advisors as they watch the cameras of the agents as they continue their operation. Petra does other things in the meanwhile especially checking documents of the affairs of foreign countries and the status of the DMZ of Rowandale.

Meanwhile the mission was not going well. They were being engaged by rebels working for the weapons dealer Rojas and they controlled most of the area.

The Oceanics chased him up the hill towards Jesse and Jake's location while killing any rebels in their path who tried to engage them.

Jesse talked to them over their comms. "We got Rojas' location! He's heading west along the upper levels of the village. We'll keep him from doubling back on our side. Keep going and cut him off up top! There's no time for backup. You're going to have to do this on your own. Good luck."

Eventually they would push him towards the top where they would be able to capture him. Eventually Jake would find him in his sniper scope as they chased him.

Jake. "I've got a clear leg shot! We can end the chase here!"

Jesse. "Negative! Not unless you want to carry him back out with all these rebels breathing down on our necks! I need him unharmed!

They continued to chase and eventually all converged on him at the top of the mountain village.

Jesse. "I am going to flank from the right!"

Jake. "But he is going to get away!"

"No he won't."

The Oceanics arrived at the summit with Rojas at the top of a three story house. Suddenly Jesse broke through the window and tackled Rojas onto a parked car. Jake joined in and they all held him down at gunpoint.

Jesse contacted Shepherd. "We got him. Send in the extraction team."

But all they heard was static.

Then they heard a wierd sound coming from the direction of the city. There was a huge explosion. It wasn't nuclear but was large regardless and covered the rest of the city in a green cloud of gas.

Interrogator. "And while the truth wasn't known at the time this was the Draganium gas?"

Jesse. "Yea. The one that would change everyone in Draganisia forever."

Interrogator. "And you believe HE was responsible for it?"

Jesse. "Yes. And while many would agree he did it for good reasons... It doesn't excuse how he did it and how many the blast killed. One of the reasons we had to kill him in the end."
