That all sounds good on the RP front! I will get involved very soon:) I will likely be slow at first but will ease back into it. I liked how we had the Regional News before, but I know that can become a lot. To be honest, a lot of you were more influential than I was in the region, so whatever decision you make, I will be all game :) I noticed some discussion earlier on about some people possibly wanting to retcon things, and others preferring not to do that, so I think one of the first things for the region to do is decide what history we're keeping, and what we're not. I was involved in the Zilverenberg de-escalation and formation of the independent zones with Sunrisia, but I am totally ok with being retconned out of that. I know Sunrisia wants to maintain the borders they were last left with, so I don't want to interfere with that and I know they worked hard after I had disappeared for a while!

As a side note, maybe we can make the major points of Sunalayan history and established facts accessible to those who are recruited but not familiar with our past, and for general reminder. I also think maybe deciding the limits of realism for the region and what nations are and are not allowed to do (some regional rules).

I guess this is all obvious lol, sorry if I'm not making sense or really contributing right now in depth. It's late here and I am hungry! Haha.

Yeah, I was thinking we wait until the region becomes more populated. It's the same map that we used in the past, but we can start populating it now if you all want to.

Yeah, but you have to understand people have jobs/families/work/school to deal with, and sometimes NS is last priority. If you did read the RMB, then you'd see a lot of members stated this time of the year would be too hectic to play, but would be back when things calm down (if life permits). You can't have an expectation of other players. Besides, if only us two are really active atm, what fun is RPing until they get back lol? Players also want the region to grow a little before investing time. I would suggest sticking around because when Sunalaya is active, it's a really rewarding region to be a part of. It's being completely overhauled; it needs time. You'll find NS in general is not as active as it used to be, so you'll find other regions are struggling with the same issues.

If you really want to RP, you and I can start telegramming and forming relations or planning how we will interact in the greater scheme of Sunalaya. However, I don't think our 2 nations will get along on many levels :P Who knows, you can always reach out though. Also, I suggest spending time exploring the issues and developing your nation and its lore more in factbooks.
