We have began a transition to our new region, Flavortown. We will gladly accept any embassy offers to that region. That is why we have ordered closure of our current one.

I really don't know, the first raid did a lot of damage to morale and contribution, and on my part I'm about to go into last finals before university graduation so I'm a little too busy to dedicate much time at the moment. But intermittent chat and activity in the board is always a good way to start.
