There are benefits from both. A Frontier gains your region more member nations as ne nations are founded there unless your region is passworded. A Fortruss gains your region protection and freedom from attack by raiders where its Governor has the same powers of a regional Founder.

Bubbers has been in the region for over a week. Nothing against you. I believe Bubbers was just saying "Hello" to his fellow residents of The Embassy. I hope you understand.
Stop spamming "Hello" and/or variants of "Hello." PLEASE!
The Embassy's RMB is meant to be a place for people of all kinds to socialise and interact, and a key part of that is simply saying "Hello". At very least since I first sent a message on the RMB many months ago - before I even moved here mind you - it has been normal for people to just greet each other, even if no conversation ever forms of it. I say this with the utmost respect, but please stop asking people not to greet eachother, unless you have a legitimate reason in which case feel free to Telegram me to explain it.
Edit: Of course, I should add that I do not endorse actual spamming, but this is not one of those cases.

Don’t take this the wrong way, but saying hello, howdy, or welcome is not spam. Now that you have assumed the position of WA Delegate, you may be overextended. Perhaps your other authority should be reduced?
