Well...yeah, I mean any eagle would wreck any hawk in a fight. They are SO MUCH BIGGER. Where I live the Golden Eagles are coming back, and the redtail hawks stay away now. We have some smaller kestrels/falcons too, but they stay close to the woodline to not get snatched and eaten!
My Uni has a pair of Hawks as permanent residents on the roof of the SUB.
I have several eagles in my area but not close by my property. I have a couple red tail hawks I see every so often and I hear owls close up just about every night.
