Over 200 ex-Rebels Escape Demobilization Camp
Over 200 former rebels of the Lyoan Integrationist Front have escaped a demobilization camp in the north, near the city of Getie. The Lyoan Integrationist Front was a rebel movement that was active from 2005-2017, when its leaders agreed to demobilize and be integrated into the armed forces. While some brigades of the LIF were successfully integrated into the LNDF, several still remained part of the demobilization program, and remained in camps. This new escape has started fears that the LIF will return to insurgency.
A spokesman for the demobilization program has confirmed the escape of the former rebels, but has stated "the situation is under control". The whereabouts of the ex-rebels are unknown, but the LNDF and government believe they will be tracked down and returned to demobilization within a month.

Bashor Secedes from The Federal Republic!

Bashor's Governor, Maria Kournikova has proclaimed that the Bashor Province has seceded from The Federal Republic after losing her power in the National Congress. Kourinkova and a rather large militia aswell as a handful of defective soldiers has seized control over the small northern province. Kourinkova begs for other provinces in the Republic to fight back against Price's rule. Rebellious groups in the far west has taken this news to inspire themselves to secede from The Federal Republic in the Shaoso and Abrya Provinces.
Brandon Price has still refused to comment on the recent events but retaliates and begins raids in houses and public businesses who are suspected of being defective or commiting treason against The Federal Republic.
Both Patriarch Tarshencko aswell as Alexander Kuznetsov II and the Royal Family are under house arrest in Arkhangelsk for being suspected of treason.

HBC: Heatwave Affects City
Temperatures in Hartridge reached 84 degrees today tying a record. However it felt like 90 degrees with the increased humidity. For the past 3 days since Friday temperatures have reached 80 degrees or higher. Which is considered a heatwave.
A heat advisory is in effect until Monday night at 8 pm. Temperatures sent families and young people to the beaches in the rural areas outside of the city. Some went to lakes and parks as well. Schools even cancelled classes because it was going be so hot. Several cafes and restaurants were handing out free water to anyone that wants one.
Street vendors are handing out free waters as well. Public transportation such as buses, subways and trolleys are free until Tuesday at 12 am. The subway turned on their air conditioning to cool passengers. They also played calming music on the speakers. The Minstry of Health issued a public health emergency because of the heat. They encourage everyone to take precautions and for emergency services to be on alert.
The Hartridge Weather Service encourages all individuals to drink plenty of water and stay in an air conditioned room. Temperatures are expected to reach 81 degrees tomorrow with the heat index approaching 85 degrees. Schools are expected to remain closed tomorrow to prevent children from walking or standing outside for the school buses. The rains and cooler weather is expected to return on Tuesday. So far there have been 12 hospitalizations and zero deaths for heat related injuries. The Minstry of Health hope's to continue to keep the heat related injures at a minimum and have zero deaths.
