I enforce capital punishment, it just depends on the severity of the crime, and how the judge sees fit for the criminal.

Don't know why you are so focused on Dreadton. Most of the decisions in TNP are either made by the Delegate or the RP Mod team or the admin team. He is neither one or part of those.
