To end with this trial, I would like to emphasize again the lack of evidence there was in this trial, as I said before you can not accuse someone about something they have supposedly done without evidence which is exactly what Justicia y paz has done. He finally got this trial to be held and to try to prove my guilt, something he obviously didn't achieve since I'm totally innocent. The only possible argument he has is based on prejudices and things that I could make in the past which can’t even be an argument due to the fact that we are not judging things I could have done in the past. In just a few hours, Justicia y paz decided to kick me out from all my positions without even any warning, just because I didn’t send a document which as I said before during this trial I thought I sent but it didn’t go through due to an error in Discord, something that can happen to anyone but that can be solved just by talking, instead of acting like Justicia y paz did. Without even checking if I was active or not he started with the process, and I connected to the game not even 24h before he started all of this. In Latin there is a principle that we still make use of it and is “In dubio pro reo” which means to resolve all doubts in favor of the accused and is in consonance with the principle of presumption of innocence. Is the prosecution the one who has to prove the guilt of the defendant, not the defendant the one who has to prove his innocence. That’s one of the principles of law which is important to remember as Justicia y paz prove nothing during this trial. I’m not asking for a possible punishment for Justicia y paz and I’m not even asking to get my positions back as now a clearly have no time to take care of any Government positions due to University, the only thing I’m asking for is to recover my honor and that all public humiliation towards my person disappears. Something I think I deserve as Justicia y paz had no reasons to use the inactivity bill against me. Thank you all for your time and attention.

The process of redrawing our voting districts has begun.

However I think we should ask ourselves whether or not this is the best system for our region. Dividing nations into voting districts one by one is a long process for even a region our size. It totally limits our ability as a community to grow in size if we use government systems that do not support a large population.

I have been developing a possible amendment to the constitution and have ran the basics by Justicia y paz who is on board with the idea. The plan will proposed soon, but I highly recommend the members of this community think of possible solutions of their own.

Honorable Justicies, my fellow citizens;

I never imagined this day would come, where we would finally end this 43 day trial. Why was it 43 days you may ask, I’d like to say the defense was timely with our responses. For those who don’t know, the Parliament had to amend the Judiciary Act in order to keep the trial moving which unfortunately did not get Ascanian to abide to the rules of the trial. It came to the point where I just wanted to end this trial which thank goodness it is now ending. Why am I bringing this up? I hope actions speak louder than words. If you don’t believe this nation could’ve been inactive look at this trial, do you still think that? He says I have no evidence, look at the Parliament records (which have been shared with the Chief Justice), they say he did not write his ideas, as asked on the provided document so we have no proof he wasn’t lying when he said he had the ideas written down. He also did not respond to my question if he had written it down. It was clear that he was in direct violation of the Inactivity Bill, holding up the progress of the region which almost had an undoable effect on our foreign affairs. I ask you honorable justices, do actions speak louder than words.

Also a really simple idea for a better voting system is to abolish the voting districts, put all the candidates on the same ballot, and allow them to vote for more than one candidate.

The decision for me not to run for reelection last term (for parliament), was one that was foolish, and thought way highly of our still relatively new region. In these times of uncertainty- of who is going to be the next Ascanian or will our government actually function, I for one, cannot stand idly by anymore while I watch the government of the region I love fall apart. This is why I'm declaring my candidacy for district one. We are a region centered on activity from RP, with an overinfldated government. I hope to correct this issue, but slowly, while making sure everyone is happy. Drastic changes are about to come, and drastic changes are what our government needs right now.
