You can "junk" the card which gives the value of the card based on rarity. To sell the card, you hover over its icon and select info, then you should be able to see where you can put up a sell offer for the card. This screen will also show you the estimated market price, highest price ever sold for, and etc for that specific card.

A prize is a good idea. All those who don't win have to give the champ one trading card. That would be a good prize.
