These puppets are used as enumerators. An enumerator is moved to a region to be checked for order when there is no real time to use other methods. Normally these puppets are left here, unfettered.
We are now at [(49*6)+1=295] and there isn't enough two letter nations left to make a full block of 49 nations to change the formula to [(49*7)+1=344]. I'll have to fill in with non-residents to fill in the formula if I were to carry on refounding these type of nations.
Just fudge the numbers to make the remainders fit. Not a big deal.
I'll just have to keep all of my two letter nations here. Just too many illegal log-ins otherwise.
Currently the fudge factor is only 9, so I can live with that. The new list will handle these discrepancies without too much trouble. The old list could not.
Up to 16 now. Doubt that it will make it to a full block of 49.
Should the site NSDossier go down for longer than a few days, I will be in need of using a lot of puppets again for enumeration purposes. These will come in handy then.
67 bad log-ins for just this nation. That brings the total that I had seen today over 400 bad log-ins. I've seen worse.

I had someone say that I was using a bot to get these nations. Not sure what a bot is, but I assure all of you that I am using a clock, not a bot.

I was not aware that this game can be hacked. I'll look over the data, and be sure that he was lying. None of the puppets that I had founded fell into any of the classifications that that player had mentioned above. At the very least, he does not know what he is talking about.
I looked over the last twelve that were created, none refounded before the time, and none had a population of over the cutoff. He obviously does not know what he was talking about.
