Article III:

'Newly assigned Colonial Intendants (Intendant Colonial) under the Royal Chancery, with the overlooking officer being the Comte de Ayen, will be assigned to every colony and every dominion. Intendants will have the authority to instruct on executive matters of state. If, in the views of the Colonial Intendant, the Governorate or (In the case of Wanasnaswa) Dominion Government is not working in the interests of the Realm and its colonies, may act with the full authority of the Michellaen (French) Crown to dispense measures that coincide with Royal Policy.'

As per Article III of the Royal Act, the Decree of the Estates, the Comte de Ayen, being High Chancellor of Michellae and chief of the Inspectorate for Colonial Intendants has authorised the 25 Regional Colonial Intendants of the Dominion of Wanasnaswa to act with the full authority of the Michellaen (French) Crown to dispense measures that coincide with Royal Policy.

The Colonial Intendants having gathered at the Catalan Palace in Balneário have decreed the following course of action for the Wanasnaswan Government to comply with:

A Letter to His Majesties Dominion Government in Rio

Monsieur Gouverneur, It is in the best Interests of the Realm that the following necessary steps are taken place in order so that the daily life and service of you and your government may continue as it has previously. It is not lightly that we issue the following decrees for the Government to act upon but the very foundations and pillars of government in Wanasnaswa are jeopardised by a few malignant individuals. This position taken by the Colonial Intendants carries with it the legality of French Law.

(i) As per Article VIII of the Decree of the Estates the Government is to disband the 'opposition' in the form of the Reformist Faction.

(ii) Those principle subjects that murmur sedition and rebellion be arrested Immediately:

Monsieur Richard Pauliet
Arthur Hulliot
Lionel Crache
Pierre Granche
Martin Yvin
Louis Francis

(iii) An act that from henceforth no person or persons that use the Wanasnaswan Speech or language shall have or enjoy any Manner of Office or Fees within the King's Dominion

Should the Wanasnaswan Government fail to enact these policies then the Council of Intendants with the signature of the High Chancellor shall be forced to enact them ad hoc.

Chief Colonial Intendant, Gilbert Renaud, Comte de Montdidier

- - - King Charles recalls Parliament for two days - - -

King Charles 1, under the authority rested in him by God, recalls the Mithlinian Parliament, in order to pass the proposed budget for 1900. The king, and his advisers, have already prepared a budget, which MP's are expected to debate and pass within two days. Currently, as the Catholic Center Party (CCP - The party that represents the king in Parliament) is in a minority government, amendments are expected to be attached, although the king has already stated that he will throw those MP's out of Parliament, and they will face the full force of the law, as the budget is under the king's name - and thus any attempt to reject, or amend, the bill will bee seen as a direct attack on the king - a punishment enforceable with the Death Penalty.

- - - Full attack report - - -

Today, the Polaris Police Department can announced that, in yesterday's attack on the Polaris, specifically on the Parliament building. We can report the following that no MP's war killed, although 72 were injured, 28 are still in Hospital.

11 workers in the House of Commons sadly, lost their lives in the attack, and a further 231 sustained minor injuries. The government, more specifically, the Prime Minister will address the House of Commons tomorrow, as even though the Parliament building sustained some damage, it has been concluded that repairs will only take two weeks and that the House of Commons may still sit in the debating chamber tomorrow.

What...
Do my eyes deceive me, or is this true? Is this the truth, the truth right before me that says "4 hours ago: Missisquoi ceased to exist." If it was his time. You will never be forgotten. If it wasn't his time, well, nice joke.

It seems as a lot is changing...

Well, Missisquoi didn't actually hold any government position so there is no immediate risk. Assuming he doesn't return before Pascala CTE's, executive power would be automatically transferred to the WA Delegate (me) and barring a constitution change I think that it would be appropriate if I behaved much like the founder would have and only use executive power on the advice of the Statsminister.

I feel like if Pascala CTEs and the region is at risk of being raided, there should be some additional protocol for refounding.

In a matter of fact, I will be, unfortunately, I still can't vote and we might be seeing a minority government...

- - - Prime Minister Addresses the Commons - - -

"Thank you, Mr. Speaker. Before I begin, I would like to pay tribute to the 11 members of the public who sadly lost their lives in the attacks on this magnificent and historical building. These were innocent civilians, who just wanted to see how our democracy functions, and yet they paid the ultimate price. One of these was a child, Theo Bridges, aged just 10 years old. He had his whole life ahead of him - yet was brutally murdered in this shocking attack. I would also like to pay tribute all of those injured in the attacks, current reports suggest that up to 300 people were involved in this attack, 28 of whom are MP's, and are still hospitalised.

As a nation, we have always been defined by our internationalism. We believe we have a responsibility one to another. We never have and we never should walk by on the other side of the road. We stand here faced by fascists—not just their calculated brutality, but their belief that they are superior to every single one of us in this Chamber tonight and all the people we represent. They hold us in contempt. They hold our values in contempt. They hold our belief in tolerance and decency in contempt. They hold our democracy—the means by which we will make our decision tonight—in contempt.

I herby move the motion condemning these brutal attacks and herby ask the Commons to pass the motion decrying the terror attack, and we ask for patience, until a proper investigation cab be carried out by the police.

The motion is passed 649 Votes to 0 Votes.
