How do I apply for citizenship

Article II, Section 1 of The Imperial Constitution states the following regarding citizenship;
ii. Nations shall apply for citizenship.
iii. The Home Department shall consider any application for citizenship.
iv. The Home Department shall grant or deny citizenship within three days of submission.
v. Citizenship shall be immediately revoked upon any Nation ceasing to exist.
vi. Citizenship shall be immediately revoked upon any Nation leaving for seven consecutive days without notifying the Home Department.
vii. Citizenship may be revoked by the Supreme Court as a sanction of criminal justice.
viii. Former Citizens must reapply for citizenship.
Citizenship grants you certain rights and privileges outlined in the Constitution. These include;
• The freedom of speech, press and assembly.
• The right to due process and a speedy, fair trial.
• The right to run for and hold office.
• The right to vote in elections.
To apply for citizenship, after three consecutive days of residence, send the completed version of the form below by telegram to The home department for consideration.

Greetings to all the member of this region. You're foreign secretary has rejected a embassy request, May I know the reason. Is this a declaration of war? Please answer to my question.
I am not entirely sure of the reasons behind the rejection. The Foreign Secretary is a very accomplished individual and will undoubtedly inform you of his reasons if you were to message him privately. Although I can safely say that the rejection of any embassy is most certainly not a declaration of war. We never have been, nor will we ever be, a raiding region.
Well it might be a misunderstanding. We'll sort things out though.
Wishing the Empire of Great Britain a tremendous Happy Birthday (28th of July, 2018). When I first stepped into this region 2 years ago from British Commonwealth of Free States, I hoped the region remained existent as a Imperial region of free people. Now I have seen that this hope has come to reality. My new goal in hope is hoping the region grows stronger and more United than it already is now. As we push forward to 2021; Our better hope for the new decade, We continue to establish a future for this region each and everyday. While we all try to protect ourselves from the ongoing pandemic which is still taken as a serious caution, we at the same time strive to keep the region alive and active; Welcoming new nations and managing the region as hopefuls become citizens. This is the hope i always wanted when i was a Recruitment Secretary for the region. The description for this region is a Democratic raid-free region of with a Constitutional Monarchy symbolic as the region itself. As we strive to keep that goal everyday we continue the legacy of a beautiful Empire that believed Freedom and Peace was the only way to a beautiful Democracy.
