Patriot's Tavern, Mainz
Nightfall. The Tavern, one of the oldest bars in the world still operating, is home to a more staunch, conservative, old-timer Belagian nightlife: young men and women shooting shots at each other in the bar drinking pints, old comrades reminiscing about good -and bad- memories over pints of lager, and the two to three tourists that stumbled upon a tavern that hasn't been yet turned into a tourist trap. Oh yes, and there is also a man drinking his life away on a stool as he mourns over horrid memories. As the ambiance, the usual as it had been for centuries, filled the tavern, it has overseen something else happening.
In the basement of a medieval-era Tavern, a group meeting of around 50 to 60 men, from young ones in their early 20's to the elders in their 70's, would be convened. A man bearing a right-eye patch and a pattern resembling that of an old Germanic cross on his neck would step forth. Behind him, a three-striped banner with colors that of Eraus.
"Gentlemen.." The chatter would die down, and then the door upstairs would be shut. The man would go about his speech.
"For many years, our policies, our bloodlines, have been directed not by our own free will as promised, not by the counts and representatives that were supposed to serve in our interests, but directed, and ultimately degraded by a false-King, a late descendant of a bastard-child, and his nation of impure ethnic identity. We, Erausi by blood, were promised governorship and righteous determination for our land, but time and time again, the government has failed us."
The audience would be listening intently. For around 50 minutes, the man, whose name goes by Eric von Klauss, would degrade the Belagian Government, the King, and ultimately do what no man in the Belagian Rhineland had done:
"...And in contemption for the violations of the Belagian Government on our righteous Erausi soil that they have enabled since their seizure of our homeland in 1815.. And with great compassion and unity for our brothers across the river, and to our brothers, we send this message: Aaron is our Kaiser, not the drug-tripped, debaucherous, illegitimate bastard-descendant Francis! Belagia, a nation of Dutch and French, is in no position to lecture us about culture identity! Belagia is in no position to lecture us what is right from wrong, what is norm from taboo, when they themselves engage in the most degenerate acts of god!"
The crowd gets heavily amped up. Standing ovation.
"My fellow Erausi blood brothers, it is time that we must accomplish what many of our ancestors, from the time of Clovis (in the 1830s) to the time of Quentin! We must rise in insurrection against this new culture of degeneracy and debauchery, of lust and greed, of the sins in which our Christian God has warned us would destroy our Erausi race!" This followed with another standing ovation.
"So I say this to you, in conclusion. The Rhineland Resistance of 1849 and the insurrection of 1947 may have died in blood, yet it's ideas live on. The idea that we are Erausi! We shall inherit this torch and reignite the struggle to make ourselves home, rightfully so in Eraus!"
The crowd applauded.
"Heil Aaron! Heil Aaron!" would fill the basement for several minutes, followed with a small band playing the Erausi Anthem. As news of a revival of the Rhineland Resistance spread in the underground... A new movement is born, or at least has finally stepped up from being lost in the underground.

National Day of the Imperial Federation
Every year, we celebrate the peace signed in 1949, celebrating the existence of Infiny and her commitment to its citizens. Banners depicting the Infinian flag are visible on many government buildings. The temperature is about 25 degrees Celsius and no rain is expected, making a beautiful day for such a joyous occasion. As the Imperial anthem starts to play, the Prime Minister walks up to the stage, with the cabinet, the members of the Sobiraniya, the judges of the Supreme Constitutional Court, and the heirs to the Makonnen dynasty - Valeria, Ras, and Hailu - behind her.
“The odd one out, the nation of millenniums. For over 2000 years, the Imperial Federation has joined the world in an awkward presence, never quite certain what exactly it was. Was it Slavic? Arabic perhaps? Maybe even Asian, European, Sub-Sahara African, Egyptian, or Kushite? Nobody could tell. For millenniums, the Infiny stood overly proud in Africa, taking its position for granted. Why would it not take it for granted? Those alive at the time certainly did not question the existence of their nation.
The Era of Trials and Tribulations forced us to reinvent ourselves. To go through the deepest of depths to prove that Infiny did not belong to the past, but to the present, and to the future. Today, we celebrate the harmony that, as the aforementioned era has proven, should not be taken for granted.”
In front of the Sobiraniya, several huge screens could be seen, which started playing the life of the Imperial Federation, a life which we, today, celebrate. It speaks of the founding of the nation, of how it came into contact with Romans, Greeks, Slavs, Arabs, and even Chinese. It talks of the Golden Age between the late 9th and 14th centuries, of how the nation fell into internal decline, of how it fought for the concepts it held dear during the Napoleonic Wars, not against worldly nations, but for what was perceived to be in the interest of the Infinian people. The story is told of how it put the nation in isolation, of how it was knocked down, partitioned and landlocked. It told of how Infiny and Ethiopia, one orientated towards the past and the other towards the future, constantly faced an image of themselves that they feared and detested, yet failing to come to terms with the fact that it was themselves, who they were facing. How Infiny’s self-identification crisis was subjected to a dark end through an invasion of oppression, how men sent to occupy and men sent to defend fought for their own beliefs of good, how the nation once more met itself in the Civil War, how it struggled and reinvented itself constantly, until it finally emerged as a reborn and better nation.
"Dear Infinians, respected guests, both of you who can be summarized in the term ‘friends.’ I am so happy to be allowed to receive you here. It is a great honor to see each and every one of you share the values that the Imperial Federation celebrates. Peace, love, honor, and harmony. But yet, the person who is not representative of these values is not me. Allow me to give the word to Her Imperial Majesty, Valeria, by the grace of the stars which shine down upon the Infinian Realm, Empress of Infinia and her Federal States, elected by the Chosen, Guardian of Justice, Lady of Zanzibar."
While the Imperial anthem plays, the doors of the Sobiraniya open. A single woman is visible, dressed imperially to the bone, radiating nothing but an ancient grace. She wears the traditional garments, although no monarch has worn these since 1830. This has to do with the simple fact that Infiny has not had an Empress since then. Imperial consorts wear different garments. She wears a large black dress, decorated with blue accessories and the yellow Imperial tryzub, the crest of the Infinian monarchy. On her head, she tightly wears the Corona Cisarya, the female Imperial Crown, last worn by Empress Micaya IV in 1830.
“Were I a monarch who would not be here based on the mercy of the people, I would address you as ‘subjects’ or something which differentiates me, and you. The truth of Infiny is the furthest thing from this. You are not my subjects, but my friends, united in camaraderie for the very same purpose; the quest for life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. It is the pursuit of these values that allows us to celebrate the end of our trials and of our tribulations, celebrate the 2320 years of Infinians.
The values that we celebrate are not limited to us. The many foreign heads of state, who grace this joyous occasion with their presence, symbolising that we can be in harmony with these values guiding us. We have not always been in harmony - the world, and this area knows and has known its conflicts. Yet, contemplate us standing here, right now, if you would. Contemplate the miracle of peace and love, and even though we may always differ on our opinions, it is the love for the ones we care about that, in the end, produces harmony, not discord.
Every unity starts with a diversity which is in harmony. My friends. The world is not always the happy and festive place that it looks like now. But let us try to remember when it is - let our longing to peaceful gatherings such at this be our drive in life and in the way we talk and communicate to one another. Not only to our nationals and those who we know to be friends but specifically to those who we are at odds with, those who we are not sure whether or not we can care about. Let us always initiate meaningful conversation with peace and harmony as our end goals. Thank you.”

Department of Defense
Public Investigation Report of the Dirty Bomb attack
We have strong evidence of Furstia aiding Al-Kaeda in the dirty bomb attack. Furstia supplied and assisted with the making of the dirty bomb. We found a lead casing in Afghanistan that had a small graving that said P6MK-1500. Only 2 types of these reactors are operational and they are both located in the Zangana Power Plant in Furstia. We also interviewed a young terrorist we captured in Afghanistan where we found the lead casing. He said that the Furstians Special Forces came and he saw them. He wasn’t part of the group in charge of the dirty bomb assembly he was guarding the complex and saw the Furstian Operators talking to his fellow Al-Kaeda Members.
Department of Commerce
The Australian Economy has entered a recession due to the dirty bomb attack. People are panicking and fleeing Sydney. Most people fleeing Sydney think they have been exposed to harmful radiation even though they have probably been exposed to low amounts of radiation and not harmful amounts.
Department of Defense
The Department of Defense has ordered Australian Troops in West Africa to be at high alert due to the dirty bomb attack Investigation report. The Australian Military will be sending additional 8,000 troops to West Africa to aid the new Republican Government, train them, and to fight any additional loyalist combatants.
The Australian Navy will be conducting a Joint Training Drill with Imperial Eagle in International Waters right outside of Furstian Waters. The ships will not enter Furstian Waters but be in International Waters right outside of Furstian Waters.
The ships we are sending for the drill will be.

Due to the recession the House of Representatives have repealed the ban and tax on coal. The House of Representatives have voted to condemn Furstian Actions. The House of Representatives will be voting on a bill that will reduce the corporate tax rate from 30% to 27% due to the recession.

The Imperial Ball, Mogadishu
As the festivities of Infiny’s national day continue, the time of the Imperial Ball draws more and more nigh. Heads of state of every nation around the world have kindly been invited to attend and to enjoy themselves, in the spirit of international cooperation and harmony. Valeria states the following at the opening;
‘Good evening, your Excellencies, Royal, and Imperial Majesties, I am so happy that all of you are present here. It is my full honor to host this occasion. I hope that thus far you have enjoyed the festivities and Infinian hospitality - even despite the strained relations that some of you may have had with this nation. That said, tonight is not about me, not in the slightest way. I am merely hosting this event to convey on to the world stage those values and those ends that we have mentioned earlier today. Now please, enjoy yourselves, and share ideas and insights with those who may not appear as the likeliest person to share them with.’
She walks up to the Princess of Romanovskaya. Good evening, your Majesty. I trust you have enjoyed the festivities?
Considering the recent developments regarding the ongoing situation in Australia and the latest information that has been made public by the Government of that nation, the Government of the Socialist Republic of Furstia, utilizing this important diplomatic channel, desires to clarify its stance on the matter.
- The Socialist Republic of Furstia rejects the accusation made by the Government of -greater australia- and denies having any sort of involvement in the attack that occurred in the city of Sydney earlier this month, which was perpetrated by the islamic wahhabist organization commonly known as "Al-Kaeda" using a radiological dispersion device.
Our Government does not endorse or support in any sort of way, any radical or destabilizing organizations that threaten the internal security of other countries.
Being a member state of this illustrious organization, the Socialist Republic of Furstia is fully committed towards resolving any differences with other nations diplomatically and the preservation of peace.
Addressing the information released as "evidence" of the involvement of the Socialist Republic of Furstia in the Central Railway Station, the lead casing - in which purportedly the fissile material that was used in the aforementioned scenario was contained - did not originated from Furstia.
To provide historical context, it is a well known fact that Furstia and the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics enjoyed great levels of cooperation during the years previous to 1991 for a prolonged period of time and the latter country - being a nuclear power - assisted our nation with the construction of our first nuclear power plant in 1983. The Zangana Nuclear Power Plant operates 2 reactors of the "RBMK-1500" type.
While Furstia is the only country currently operating with the type of reactors known as "RBMK-1500", there is reliable information that proves that the Soviet Union did manufacture the parts of the same reactor type for tests and their posterior construction or assembly in their own country. Regrettably, the Chernobyl incident of 1986 prevented that.
More so, the engraving quoted in the statement released by the Australian Government is an erroneous translation of the letters "RBMK", which are probably written in the Russian Cyrillic alphabet. Реактор Большой Мощности Канальный - РБМК / Reaktor Bolshoy Moshchnosti Kanalnyy - RBMK.
Taking into account these facts, the lead casing quite possibly may have its origins in any country of the former Soviet Union, as Furstia does not utilize the Cyrillic alphabet.
When it comes to the supossed "confession" obtained by the Australian Government from a captured terrorist, there is no solid evidence provided which can corroborate that Furstian Special Forces were present in Afghanistan.
Besides the known fact that the Socialist Republic of Furstia did not participated in the recent Australian-led intervention in Afghanistan, the words of the former terrorist lack any value for this Government as it most likely was just an awful attempt to avoid a just punishment for his past actions.
Having properly addressed this incident, the Socialist Republic of Furstia hereby states the following:
- The Socialist Republic of Furstia completely denies any accusation of the direct or indirect involvement of this country in the Sydney Central Railway Station radiological attack.
- The Socialist Republic of Furstia utterly rejects the preposterous accusation of collaboration of this country with a radical and extremist terrorist organization.
- The Socialist Republic of Furstia respectfully demands an immediate correction of this incident through proper diplomatic means from the Australian Government, and expects the appropiate issuing of official apologies in a timely manner.
Finally, the Furstian People and Government continue to stand in solidarity with the relatives of the persons that lost their lives in the two deadly and tragic incidents that happened in the city of Sydney. Once again, we extend our most sincere condolences to all the victims of the Sydney Twin Towers and the Sydney Central Railway Station attacks.

THE IMPERIAL BALL, MOGADISHU
The private jet of H.S.H Princess Zephyrine I lands at the airport in Mogadishu, with both the Princess and her husband, H.S.H Prince Hendrik disembark and enter their state car, the ZiL 4112R which had been flown in ahead of them a few hours prior to their arrival. Their car then drives straight to the Imperial Ball to attend the official festivities hosted by Empress Valeria I. Might I just say it is an honour and a privilege to attend the festivities here in Mogadishu on this special day for the people of the Imperial Federation. Myself and my husband have thoroughly enjoyed our time here thus far. Speaking of my husband, this is Prince Hendrik."
Prince Hendrik takes a step forward and offers his hand. "Pleasure to meet you Empress Valeria. I would like to echo the words of my wife. The hospitality of the people of Infiny has been simply wonderful to see."
Valeria: It's entirely my pleasure, your Majesties. I am happy that you enjoyed the time you've spent here thus far, and it is most pleasing to me that you have enjoyed the hospitality of this nation. Is it your first time in a nation of such climate? I could imagine that, say, the temperature in Romanovskaya is much more pleasant, especially during summer. And, on another note, how is the situation in the principality? Is your nation still the prosperous and graceful place that we all know and love?

King Sultan arrives in Mogadishu, Infiny
HM King Sultan bin Ahmed arrived in Mogadishu in the early morning to participate in the Infinian 70th anniversary commemorations. Accompanying His Majesty was Deputy Foreign Minister Prince Rashid bin Sultan Al-Subaai, the Emir of Abu Dhabi Prince Ahmed bin Sultan, Speaker of the Council of State (legislature) Dr. Layla Al-Sharibani, and the Kingdom’s ambassador to Infiny, Mohammed Omar Al-Rashidi.
The King’s visit is the first time His Majesty has visited Infiny. The last Emirati delegation led by a King took place in 1981 when King Ahmed bin Rashid visited Infiny and met Emperor Infico I. Relations between Infiny and the Kingdom cooled in the 1990’s under the reign of Emperor Infico II, and relations remained indifferent outside of trade for many years. Now, with the Kingdom rapidly modernizing and slightly westernizing, it is expected that the King’s attendance to these celebrations will be a gateway towards the opening of further bilateral ties between the two states, which are both economic powerhouses.
Inauguration of President Madaki
Presenter Amaechi: Hello people of West Africa. I would like to thank you for your attendance to this historical moment happening right here in Abidjan. Today, we say goodbye to tyrants and their reign by inaugurating the first President of this nation. The job of the President will be to uphold the Constitution of West Africa and the safety of the West African people. Without further ado, Enitan Madaki.
Enitan Madaki walks up to the podium and proceeds to raise his right hand
Presenter Amaechi: Please repeat after me, Mr. Madaki: I, as President of West Africa, promise to uphold the constitution and the rights laid out by said constitution. I swear that the safety of the people and their rights are first and foremost and I will not allow any infringement on said rights.
Enitan Madaki repeats the oath, then shakes Amaechi's hand before stepping to the podium.
President Madaki: I would first like to thank everyone here and those who voted for me. As I promised in my short campaign, I will help rebuild this nation as best I can. I will try to push West Africa into a new, golden era. I will fix our relations within Africa and the world, rebuilding the bridges the old regime has burned. I, as your President, will help you!
As Madaki finished speaking, a new national anthem played amongst the noise of the cheering crowd. Madaki was officially the first president of West Africa.
THE IMPERIAL BALL, MOGADISHU
The Princess smiles as she listens to the Empress. Certainly the climate of Romanovskaya is quite mild this time of year compared to what you have hear. I don't visit many nations, particularly in such hot climates so it does take a little bit of adjusting. It is very pleasant inside however.
"As far as life in Romanovskaya goes, we are quite content with the direction we are heading in. As you may know I have been particularly keen to step up the democratic process in the Principality which has been very successful. As for the prosperity of the nation, economically we are performing very well. My husband, who is also CEO of the RGT Group keeps a particular close eye on economic trends both internally and externally.
"May I ask how the Imperial Federation is developing lately? From afar it appears the people here are quite content with the current government."
Archon Marinos lands in Mogadishu for ball with other world leaders
While at home the government hashes out further reforms, Eleanor Marinos has landed in Mogadishu for the "ball" with other world leaders. Although a regal event with private jets with royalty from across the world landing there, Archon Marinos took commercial travel to the city and is now heading towards the event. Reports have stated that she has arrived at the ball and has entered the ballroom.
In the Ballroom
Eleanor Marinos entered the ballroom, and accepted a drink from a nearby waiter.
Michigan Governor unveils Detroit Project
Michelle Richards, Governor of Michigan revealed a daring long term plan for a major overhaul of the state's decaying infrastructure, mainly focus in the Detroit area. This long-term project, called the Detroit Revival Plan, would see new work projects across both the city and state and entice investments into the region. This would include re-hauling all of the state water pipelines and electrical stations and transforming Detroit back into a city of industry and one to rival New York City as a city of progress. This would see new buildings built in the Downtown area of Detroit and green spaces as well. Urban farms would also be set up and Detroit would host new technologies such as holographic billboards, and a new street light and stop light design that would feature the same holographic design. Such a project, Governor Richards stated, would take years to finish but that the first of four new skyscrapers would begin construction in the Financial District and new housing would follow at a later date. It's expect that the project will be completed sometime in the 2040s at the latest or late 2030s the earliest. Investors are welcomed to contact her office should they be interested in taking part in the projects.
Valeria: It's good to hear that you consider it pleasant inside. I have indeed seen the democratic developments in the principality, and I must extend my commendations on your good work. That commendation must naturally also be extended to your husband, who I believe is doing an incredible job for both the people of Romanovskaya and for the economic development of the wider world.
As for your question, the Imperial Federation is doing quite well. We've been through some complicated times - I am certain that you have heard of the UR-39 incident at some time. It was the result of some gaping holes in our Constitutional System, but luckily, we have managed to secure democratic liberty with a new and stronger constitution. It is true that the people are generally quite happy with the current government - that is, within the purview of political leanings, of course.
The Imperial Federation thanks the Qing Empire for its kind congratulations. We are confident that our already strong relations will indeed become more fruitful in the near future. We will be awaiting the arrival of the Prince Regent and the entourage, and we are looking forward to meeting them at the celebrations ball.
His Royal Majesty King Sultan bin Ahmed has been welcomed in Mogadishu. The fact that the relations between our nations have cooled down to levels where they do not belong makes this visit much more significant. We welcome the strengthening of our relations, which has been long overdue. When the Empress sees the King and his delegation, she quickly walks up to them.
Valeria: 'Your Majesty, it is wonderful to meet you and your delegation here in Mogadishu. We have allowed our relations to water down for far too long. I hpoe that we can use this occasion to strengthen ties between our nations. Say, how is the situation in Diadochi? I believe the increasing modernization of the Kingdom has reaped great benefits for you and the people, hasn't it?
We are happy that her Excellency has made it to the ballroom. As she enters the room, she is greeted by several attendants. At the same time, the Empress sees the Archon in the corner of her eye. Although currently conversing with the King of Diadochi, she intends on speaking with the Archon soon.
Department of Foreign Affairs of West Africa
The Department of Foreign Affairs, under President Enitan Madaki and Foreign Director Kofi Attah, wishes to establish embassies on behalf of the Democratic-Republic of West Africa. The nations that were reached out to are as follows:
Department of Foreign Affairs
We acknowledge the mistake of misspelling/mistranslating the wording on the lead casing. The lead casing said RBMK-1500. Furstia will not get a apology for supplying the dirty bomb to Al-Kaeda that killed Australian Citizens. Furstia killed Australian Citizens by supplying the dirty bomb to Al-Kaeda. All Australian Citizens in Furstia are advised to leave Furstia. If Australian Citizens can't leave Furstia through air go to the Australian Military Base in West Africa or the Australian Embassy in West Africa. Australia will be withdrawing all diplomatic personal in Furstia.
