The President would immediately pull out multiple papers and place them in front of the prime ministers, all detailing the logs that the Conquistadors are required to sent to the government each day, then, Zulio would place his finger over one of the various logs indicated.

Zulio: "As seen here, Conquistador Fernatto landed exactly a week before your explorers, and he was soon followed by the other 4 that were sent from the nearby island of Fiji."

He'd point at other four documents, which were the logs of those other conquistadors

Zulio: "Alongside this..."

He'd place down a small picture of a stone monument located on one of the Parecevelan towns

All Alone (TUL)

Its been confirmed, our worst fears realized, The State of Maryland ceased to exist right after the war, any letters we go from them where just outer contiues depseratly trying to keep the state togther, all failed, but garrett, the farest away from any destruction and as we believe, one of the few counties on the east coast that suffered Zero Nuclear Strikes stands all alone, this 15 minute conversation with a NORAD commander changed the entire bunker outlook of the bunker's population, from one of hope for the future, to one of dread...But this brings a new idea, what if Garrett stoped clining on to a dead past? What if Garrett became an indepdent state that would go on to unfiy western maryland under a single banner? a isolationist state all alone, but a prospereces one, and that is what the nation would set out to do

First of all, Major Reforms are made, any reference to maryland is removed, and the Garrett Emergency Council is established as the New Goverment of Garrett, replacing the county goverment, however the incumbent county govener will act as acting Councilman of the Confederation of Garrett, what the nation is formally re named to, Meanwhile his first action as Councilman would be to begin preparing more scouting groups and contiuing the ration program, meanwhile about 50 People, are recruited into a Goverment Milita to act as defenders of the nation in the case of need, and are given the best weapons it has to offer.

Meanwhile, the Council suggest to all citzens that the undertake the following actions: Store Food and Resources, these will be imporant to when we prepare to leave the bunker, a small personal will stay inside the bunker to operate its imporant functions like radio to keep in contact of these goups, Train Children to use weaponary, while barbaric, we have no idea what is out there, and therefore children are atleast know how to use a knife for self defence should they ever manage to find themsleves lost or under attack from hostile force, Prepare groups, groups of people need to be created and have established routes they plan to take when the vacating of the bunker begins in mid spring, and lastly, begin to pack up any personal belongings that you wish to keep, the bunker will be kept on a strict acess, and coming back for perosnal items will only be allowed during the winter months

So...

Dierra Avstral

Shortly after the encounter with the Melanesian sharks, the Parecevelan government has sent another group of conquistadors, now with orders to explore the nearby, massive island of Australia, better known as Dierra Avstral in Parecevela, in order to further expand the nation and also secure the region's possible resources and fertile land.

While Parecevela doesn't have enough population to completely settle this vast land, the nation still wishes to at least lay claim to it and avoid another nation taking it.

And so, after a few days of travel, the Conquistadors would land on Australia's easternmost point, and soon start moving across the coast, mapping out the area and also finding potential spots for settlements and maybe even fortifications. The government decided to create Parecevela's first settlement on an isolated cove in the tropical southeast of the island, and also another settlement on the continent's northeastern tip to serve as a port for future expeditions.

Shortly after this, Parecevela would officially announce its claim over western Australia.
