and if those people die and fail then that means the districts will end up worse. And what if they win, what promise due the people of the rebellion hold that they won't put the capital though what they did to them. What promise do they hold that as soon as the capital fall they won't be killing each other for the death of their sons, and daughters?

No. cause when the noose comes my people will be the first to die. We've fought for the capital been their lapdogs and protectors. We've fought for them cause we knew that was the only way forward. my district will fight for the capital till the end, and we will be offered nothing but the noose for trying to survive.

Also, we have thought about that and currently that’s part of the reason why we’re not starting anything yet so we can plan it out! We don’t expect to be off the ground for another half a decade, that’s why I came to you! So you can help build this!
