GOP of Imaginary wonders if Edward is also part of this family, whose parents perhaps had much love for names beginning in the letter E...

She also idly hopes that the best candidate wins because that would be so lovely and democratic. GOP gained her position primarily through her lineage (although she has proven to be a fine leader by time and again earning the respect of her people), but she does have a certain yearning to experience the thrill of elections.

Does anyone feel like role playing?

Treadwellia, Your imaginary friend, and Kappan

His Dignified Grace's chamberlain sends the imperial family's regards to the officers of LazCorp, and confirms that the Emperor and his retinue will attend the ball that he has been so graciously invited to. The staff requests information regarding accommodations for the rather large imperial family and their security detail. Knight-Captain Asmudes assures that his detail will not be a bother otherwise, and that, in fact, nobody will even be aware that they are there.

I don't typically RP, I just write things on impulse because they seem appealing at the time, and sometimes others join in. I don't mind what you write, as long as it doesn't contradict the foundations of my nation.

Captain Eric Srane was feeling old today. He peered at himself in the mirror and frowned slightly at his thinning hair, running a hand through it before replacing his Captain's cap. The hat's gold and green brocade over white looked much nicer to him than the straggly wisps that sat compressed below.

"Captain Srane!" a voice called from outside his cabin door.

Breathing out heavily, Captain Srane stood up, made his way to the door and opened it after a moment of wrestling with the key. "Hello? Oh... GOP, hello." A short slit-eyed girl of sixteen stood in front of him. She looked slightly amused and slightly angry (which was, Captain Srane had learned over the last few weeks of preparation for the ball, her normal expression).

"Captain Srane," GOP dipped into half a curtsy but then impatiently glared up at him again, "What is the human capacity of the Penelope?"

"Well hm err, fifteen hundred cabins on board... I believe they can hold five thousand folks when all filled up m'lady."

"Thank you Captain; I wanted to know the exact numbers," GOP nodded and her eyes sparkled at him for a brief moment before she abruptly turned away towards an attendant. "Send the Emperor's chamberlain a message that the ball will be hosted on the L.C. Penelope, a luxury cruise ship that will have ample space to accommodate the Emperor and his retinue, provided they do not exceed 200 persons. If more are to be expected, ask him to please let us know so further arrangements can be made."

The fascist party of Predora recently attempted to contact a rogue Nation that was selling weapons to them and the media is calling it application of a revolution at the same time the nationalist party won the elections and Elijah G is now president now he plans on banning fascist movements and cracking down on them

Madame Chamberlain Betriez Iβulla nodded as she listened through the speaker on her phone. "Yes. Yes, that... yes, that should work, will we be allowed to have an additional room or three for personal effects? Yes... yes, I see, no, no, that won't be a problem at all, yes... yes, good, good, that all sounds fantastic, yes, thank you. Ja, phantasti! Unmar sprau, be well!" She hangs up, a prim and pleasant smile on her face... for about three seconds before she glances at the piles of schedules, itineraries, and various other sorts of planners on the table beside her. It was at that point she held her face in her hands. The role of the chamberlain was no longer as simple and isolated as a simple manager of servants in a lord's castle... no, now it was a salaried government position that pitted ever last unwitting person cursed with the title of having to manage literally every person in or related to or even vaguely connected to the Emperor's family, and much like this revelation of a sudden outside ball, the imperial family expected months of planning work to be done on a timetable of mere weeks. Only 40 years old, but feeling as wizened as the Emperor himself, she calls out through her fingers, "Bästie... Bästie!?"

Her senior personal attendant, a young man named Bastius, rushes to the door to her office at the call of his nickname. "Fra Iβulla? Kjitas kupiubas?" he asks, plucking a pen from his ear in case he needs to write anything down.

"Please... find someone brave enough to inform the Empress that she has a luggage limit for this excursion."

Caussi Caulicarrot Camillot reads the letter in front of his VR fireplace. He chuckles in delight. Now, he has complete power over his country, having found so many loopholes that another election won't happen until his death. This, this could be the step to having power over Lazarus!
But even if it isn't, what a harmless way to have some fun. Just dancing and clever banter, and there's medals to be had. "Of course", he thinks while snapping back to his real office and opening a drawer, "I'll be bringing by plus one". He enters a password into a secret section of the drawer, passes a retina scan, turns a few valves, and extracts a USB from a secret compartment.
He plugs the USB into his most powerful computer. Immediately, thousands of strings of code fly across the screen, finally resolving and opening up a terminal.

Imperialer Palast, Leestcheck, capital of the Imperium
Imperator Konsul Leo I. read the invitation again. A ball for heads of state of all of Lazarus? He would have to attend, given the increased importance of Leonism on the international stage.

Apparently it was to take place on a cruise ship. Sounded pleasant, but terrible from a tactical point of view. All these high value targets in one place? The invitation did not specify whether or how many escorts were permitted. Leo would want to bring at least one Skylancer class frigate, with their impeccable ability to shoot down incoming missiles. And what about U-boats? Leo would have to talk this through with his security advisers. He was not paranoid, but this had "it's a trap" written all over it...

****OFFICIAL COMMENT ON THE INAPPROPRIATE TYPO FROM ADELSIN - MOOSEFARM DIRECTOR****

It has come to our attention that an inappropriate word was used in place of the word 'milk' earlier this week when announcing the release of stews. We would like to extend our heartfelt apologies to the use of such a disgusting word, which shall not be mentioned, and that we have now reviewed our processes to ensure it doesn't happen again. We'd also like to state that Mr Adelsin, lur great director of this moosefarm, did not in actual fact post that message. Instead it was an intern moose that was charged with posting it. We have since taken action in ending this moose's employment with us and have also provided him with christian counselling if he so chooses to seek so.

Thank you.
