I would create so many solar panels so every single house would have solar panels on their roof and have mini turbines for when there isn't much sun.

Johan Cruyff (football/ soccer) for me, personally. People may argue that many other footballers were more naturally talented but Cruyff's contributions as both a player and a coach helped shape modern football today as we know it.
