A day of remembrance
8am The dying king finishes his will and gets up and goes to the podium where his bombastic voice called over the nation and he starts to speak "I stand here today dying before you still keeping the war alive We are losing and we will but I will die knowing that I wasn't here when we surrendered this Empire was not big but it was sufficient and I had plans on expanding it but those were foiled by the 2 nations we defend ourselves from so with our nation near death I will go down fighting to my last breath thank you for being with me until the end." he steps down and goes back to his bed where he lies to rest.

Texan Annexation
After the victory over the Alaskan empire the Jernoan Government once more authorized the expansion of Jerno’s borders. Jernoan strategists and other officials voted on the Texan provinces. Texas a former US state had lots of arable land for agriculture, beef, and had the capacity to expand Jerno’s oil industry. As such the Jernoan Government sent an ultimatum in the form of a referendum throughout Texas:

El Paso Referéndum: 89% Yes, 11% no
The areas around El Paso were added into the nation after the referendum.

Amarillo Referendum:60% Yes, 40% no
The areas around Amarillo, Texas were formally integrated into the nation.

Abeline Referendum 70% Yes, 30% No
After the referendum was set and the votes were cast in people in the Abilene area cheered. With a huge majority voting to be integrated into Jerno

Corpus Christi Referendum 80% Yes, 20% No
Another area with a huge voter turnout. Hundreds of people lined up to vote. In the end with the people’s votes cast in the area around the city of Corpus Christi was also integrated into Jerno.

Houston Referendum 90% Yes, 10% No
Yet another area which surprised officials. People stood in line for hours to cast their votes. Once the votes were cast in and the people’s viices heard the area around Houston was integrated into Jerno as well.

Fort Worth/Dallas Referendum 100% Yes, 0% No
By a landslide of votes and a unanimous decision by the city council members of the area. People cheered on the streets as the Fort Worth/Dallas areas were immediately integrated into Jerno.

Austin Referendum 94% Yes, 6% No
In Austin the votes didn’t stop there. The majority of the people voted to become part of the United States of Jerno. The Texan capital was quickly integrated into the nation.

San Antonio Referendum 65% Yes, 35% No
Another popular place where the votes came in support of annexation.

Once the results came in Giorgio smiled. Texas was formally reinstated as a Jernoan state. The citizens of the Texan state became officially citizens of the United States of Jerno. To formally declare its presence and to secure and oversee that the areas peacefully were integrated without any trouble the gulf fleet moved its base from Matamoros, Mexico to Corpus Christi, Texas.

Neo-American President Revealed

November 28th, 1970

Since the return to existence as Neo-America, the Neo-American Commonwealths has been ruled by the Military since Washington D.C. was in enemy hands still. But now that the Anglomanians had collapsed and an election has been held and the Democrat Candidate, John F. Kennedy, has won the 1970 Election and will be inaugurated on January 20th, 1971. The new President JFK has promised to reunite the Eastern Seaboard of America and deal with Neo-America's enemies! Let Freedom Ring!!

Sultanate Annexation of the British Indian Ocean Territory:

With the Sultanate wanting to gain power in the Indian Ocean, it was decided to start claiming islands in the area. The first once chosen as the British Indian Ocean territory due to it being a jumping-off point into other further out islands. Once troops arrived they had to deal with the anarchy that had ensued on the island. Most of the British Indian Ocean Territory is made up of Military bases and soldiers from Britain, but due to its collapse, the island had descended into Chaos. The Sultanate infantry made landings at Cannon Point. Most people who were still alive there were very hungry and ill due to being cut off from the U.K most of the people were happy that at least some nation saved them. Although some British Soldiers did fight back it was not many and they were quickly dealt with. After getting the starving people supplies, The Sultanate sent small amounts of soldiers into the smaller islands nearby, securing them. With everything secure the Sultanate full investest infrastructure and protection with plans to turn the island into quote, A Military Fortress used to secure the Sultanate supply lines. An airfield was erected and forts were erected on the bigger islands in the archipelago. Diego García, the biggest island, had the biggest amount of defenses being erected. With a large coastal wall and bunkers being erected along with anti-air and artillery guns. In the more central portions, contracting businesses were set up to support the infantry being in the area. Besides the forts, Sea Cow Island was designated for a future maximum security prison. The rest of the islands were turned into nature preserves.

Sultanate Annexation of the Keeling Islands:

With the Sultanate one step closer to reaching its final destination. The next stepping stone was the Keeling Islands. With a this island the Sultanate first asked the island if they would willingly join, strangely enough Home Island said yes while West Island refused. But the Sultanate military was hoping for this as they would be able to test a feature of the M551 Sheridan tank that they use as the light tank division, at the West Island two Lockheed C-130 Hercules Military Transport Aircraft passed over the Island paradropping the M551 Sheridan tanks over the island. The M551 Sheridan is one of a few tanks that can be paradropped. The Mission was successful and the show of force was able to convince West Island to concede. The Islands were decently left alone. West and Home Island were not changed that much besides much better infrastructure and a small amount of fortification. Direction Island was converted into a large naval dockyard for shipping and naval ships. Horsburgh Island was the only one truly fortified and converted into a fort.

Sultanate advance into West Sumatra:
With the finalization of a supply line through islands. The Sultanate deemed that it was finally time for the Sultanate to advance into Sumatra first, multiple Sultanate battleships started to batter the coast. Then a combination of Infantry Divisions and paradropping Light Tank Divisions landed at Padang, the troops moved forward through Riau until they reached the other side of Sumatra. After that More naval forces arrived to back up the Sultanate in the Indian ocean, they prepare for their farthest colony, the annexation of Singapore.

With the city nation being the "oil hub of Asia" the Sultanate no doubt wanted to take it for themselves to secure their oil trade.in Asia. The Infantry arrived quickly overpowering any forces. The City was taken over and heavily fortified to protect the position and those who would be angry about it.

In an Abteilung für Unkonventionelle Waffen test early in the crisp fall morning, 13 citizens were killed in what was said to be an "accident". Conspiracy theorists have declared that this "government cover-up" is meant to hide the slew of human experiments the AUW has been running as of late. The Kaiser assures the German press that this isn't the case, but three newspapers and one radio station have already been running the stories. As of 3:24 PM that afternoon, 4 journalists believed to be linked to these news outlets have gone missing. Their whereabouts are unknown at the moment and the government has refused to comment on the situation. AUW leader Klaus Altmann has also refused to comment on both this development and the earlier accusations. More on the story soon.

Sycran Luxury Products

Due to the recent privatization of the Lomonosov Porcelain Factory, and their permit to go worldwide, multiple members of the Sycran Upper house, have come to suggest the privatization of the whole luxury product industry.

There had already come a few requests for some state owned industries to become privatized, such as the Liquor and jewelry industries of the Sycran USSK. these have led the State Duma (lower house of Sycra) to present one whole resolution with the question: "Should the various Luxury industries of the Sycran USSK be privatised?".

The state Duma, being split between various parties, with a total of 450 seats, 289 seats to the Monarchist Socialist Party of Sycra, 71 seats to the Sycran Bolshevik Conservatives, 31 seats to the Social-democratic party of Sycra, 46 seats to the Liberal front and the remaining 13 seats to the Sycra First party

The state Duma ended up passing the resolution, with 260 voting for the resolution, therefore passing it to the Royal Council.

the Royal council was then once again faced with the privatization of a whole economic sector, this being the luxury industry. the royal council ended up passing the resolution, with 112 votes out of the 170 members of the Royal Council.

the resolution was then once again furthered to the PM, Vladimir Abrodov, who signed the resolution, immediately privatizing the luxury product economic sector.

after the resolution being passed, liquor companies such as Sycran Standart and Beluga have been made, immediately starting their production.

Back in Germany, things escalated.
The Kaiser was set to have a parade in the city capital, which took place on time. However, unknown to the Kaiser, Klaus Altmann, CEO of AUW, was getting ready for his plane to the Kyoto Party. As the Kaiser meets with people to hear out their issues, a sniper sets up on the fourth floor of a building far enough away from the Kaiser.

"Is everything set, Mr. Altmann?" The aid asks.
"Everything is set. Be sure it is done before I land, yes?" He responds.
The aid nods and turns to leave, the Kaiser exits his car, and with a full security detachment, moves to enter the building the protesters had been using as a headquarters, as per the arrangement. As the door is open, a shot rings out and the Kaiser is killed instantly. The sniper quickly gets up as people scramble in all directions, within the hour it is on every German TV station. Klaus Altmann receives word from a flight attendant, nodding.

The plane soon lands in Kyoto on Airstrip B, where to much surprise, The CEO of Abteilung für Unkonventionelle Waffen exits instead of the Kaiser, looking distraught. There, he announces that the Kaiser has been assassinated and he was sent in his place.

The Jernoan delegation arrives at the banquet. Giorgio Annolo looks around the room and sees many world leaders here. Also a whole lot of food in place as well. He quickly spots his good friend Mikhail and also spots the leader from Sycra and the leader of the SUR. He goes and talks with leaders from across the globe mainly the communist leaders.

The Last of Wyoming
Once more authorization was given to expand Jerno’s borders. So far the nation had expanded to the north, south and east. Expanding into Canada and Mexico and into the former nation of the US. So now Giorgio noticed that they still hadn’t finished annexing the former state of Wyoming. How they had forgotten he wasn’t to sure so he immediately send an ultimatum to the lone Wyoming province. The small province scrambled to asses the situation and set up a referendum which pleased it’s much larger neighbor. The local population went to vote and upon finishing voting the population decided to be annexed by Jerno. 98% voted yes and 1% voted not to become part of Jerno. So after that the state of Wyoming was officially part of Jerno.

AZ&NM
After annexing Wyoming Giorgio looked to the SouthWest. The states of Arizona and New Mexico were now on his annexing list. Like Wyoming Giorgio sent the offer of an ultimatum to both states. He sent them a deadline of several hours. Three to be exact to set up referendums all over the area. If the states didn’t comply they were going to be invaded. Both states, like Wyoming quickly set up theirs voting polls. The first state to send its voting results was Arizona. They set up four voting polls around the state. They were in Yuma, Phoenix, Flagstaff, and Tucson. The voting resluts are below.
Phoenix Referendum- 77% Yes and 23% no
Yuma Referendum- 70% Yes and 30% no
Flagstaff Referendum- 80% Yes and 20% no
Tucson referendum- 90% Yes and 10% no
After these results came in Arizona became part of the Unites Socialist States of Jerno. The nation quickly integrated the state and the process was quick and successful. The next state was New México. Like Arizona they also set up four voting stations around the state. They set up in Albuquerque, Santa Fe, Las Cruces, and Carlsbad. The voting results came in a bit slower. The results though came in on time. Below are the results.

After the results from the voting polls came in it was also confirmed that the local population voted to be annexed by Jerno. The nation quickly annexed the state as well. Also they could safely transport its exports and troops into the Gulf of Mexico. New Mexico was officially part of the United States of Jerno. The nation had successfully expanded its borders.

Pushing towards the Urals

The Government of Sycra had been under a lot of pressure from a loud minority of the sycran people. After the stunt the leader of the Sycran Bolshevik Conservatives, Leonid Brezhnev, and the absence of the sycran prime minister, Vladimir Abrodov and Tsar Alexandr, due to them being in the nation of Pacyfik, leaving the position to govern the nation, in the hand of its ministers, Minister and Soviet Marshal, Georgy Zhukov, Minister of Internal affairs and director of the KGB, Yuri Andropov, etc. Yuri Andropov being the current spokesperson of the Government. At the current moment.
Yet, the Soviet Marshal, Zhukov, still has his mission given to him by the Prime Minister and the Tsar. Soviet Marshal Georgy Zhukov has no intentions to stop cause of some simple politics, and has therefore ordered the army to gather at the center of the front lines, to continue the Sycran Expansion to the east. Zhukov wants to push towards the Urals, willing to stop at nothing to complete his goal, he will destroy any resistance on the way.

Phase 1: Liberation of Kazan
December 14th, 1970

Kazan, the 6th largest city in the Kingdom of Sycran-Russia region of the USSK, and being a major cultural city of importance, had the honour to proclaim itself the regions 3rd capital. The city was therefore also of great importance to the USSK, and therefore they needed it if they wished to push further. The liberation was way more peaceful than the others the union had experienced, the soldiers being met with cheer from the Sycrans living in the city. It gave the soldiers time to rest, before having to push on for the next days expedition to the north of Kazan.

Phase 2: The winters of Sycra
December 18th, 1970

The Sycran Union of Soviet Socialist Kingdoms was famous for its extremely cold winters, many foreigners thinking the Sycran people are built to endure the harsh and punishing conditions the Sycran winters put them in, yet that was far from the truth. The Sycrans simply know they need warm clothes for the harsh low degrees. The soldiers already encountered the cold on their way to Kazan. They marched through the snow, enduring the cold, like true sycrans. They eventually reached their goal, yet they still had another objective. Prepare to push east.

Phase 3: Liberation of Orenburg
December 20th, 1970

While a third of the army moved north, another 3rd preparing for the push to the east, the last 3rd moved down south, to capture the city of Orenburg. the troops went down south, met with the same cold as their comrades up north. As they made it to Orenburg, they was met with people, much like Kazan, cheering for them, happy to be back in the Sycran Union of Soviet Socialist Kingdoms once again. They rested, and prepared for the push to the east, much like the other parts of the army.

Phase 4: The Push to the East
December 24th, 1970

Christmas eve, for most of the Christians nations in the world, yet not for Sycra. For Sycra, Eastern orthodoxy had run in their blood since the first Tsardom, even the Tsar has ties to Byzantium. The Sycrans therefore considered this an ordinary day. Therefore, there was no expectation for the soldiers to have any special ceremonies during this day. They therefore gladly ran to the front lines and prepared for the push. It was simple, they walked. Any town or city they ran into were glad to rejoin the USSK.
