Due to recent evacuation, the Argentine government decided to take the last provice determined as important or necessary. First ideas about this land were to support local Niprunist miltas and create North Vietnam. Governor of Vietnamese State, Maki Masumi demanded that this land will be transferred to him to form united Vietnam. His demands were accepted General Staff couldn’t risk potential losses in support.
