I regret to inform you, but law 2 is unconstitutional. You posted the poll by yourself, and not through the minister of justice. This is a gross (and technically illegal) misuse of power. For all of your convenience, I have attached article 6.9 of the Constitution, which is where I found my dispute.
"6.9 A citizen or government official who wants to propose a law must send their proposal in a telegram to the Minister of Justice. The Minister of Justice must then review the law and make sure it is consistent with the constitution and values of NT. If the law is deemed to constitutional, the Minister of Justice will publicize the suggested law through a poll, hereafter referred to as a “Legal Poll”."
My official dispute with this law is as followed. Although Fairness and equality did take the necessary steps to allow this vote to occur, he did breach his power by posting the poll himself. I do support the message of this law, but I cannot support the method on which it was passed. Newest byzantine, please take the necessary steps of repealing this law, so hopefully it can be passed at the soonest opportunity.
With much regrets,
The Kyrgz
Comrade Nooshikoo,
I agree with your interpretation of the constitution (that by technicality, religious speech [but not preaching] is allowed), but not on your interpretation of laws. Laws are meant to help further the purpose of North Turkestan, not to be interpretations of the constitution. Thank you for speaking your mind on this matter, and just make sure to vote against laws that you do not support.
Sincerely,
The Kyrgz
Comrades,
I want to thank Comrade Kyrgz for pointing this out in correcting me. My action was a mistake made with no malicious intent, yet I am truly sorry. Law #2 passed May 9th, 2019 is hereby struck null and void immediately. If it is deemed constitutional, then let our current Minister of Justice create a poll in which we may once again vote on the law.
It is because of people like Comrade Kyrgz that our region remains strong and just. Thank you.

Thank you for owning up to your mistakes.

Comrade Nooshikoo,
May I request that you do not refer to yourself as a godly figure.
Thank you very much,
PRFE
Thank you Fairness and equality for sending me your national history including your current objectives. Nations who have sent me their RP so far are Skrrrt skrrrt and Newest byzantine.
Nations who have yet to send me your National History and information must do so as this must be logged in the dispatch.
-TT
I have heard your request and since my name is not that of my nation, I hope to be called my real name. My real name is God. I hope this clarifies and satisfies things for you guys.
-God
Ok then "God" (Nooshikoo),
While I stand with you in being a religious nation, I respect the laws and requests of the consuls to not have "religious talk" in the regional-wide message board.
More importantly, I regret to inform you that you still have NOT sent me a paragraph about your history. If you want any inspiration go check out the rest of our stories on the RP stories Dispatch attached to the NT factbook.
-TT
Hello, I have uploaded Nooshikoo's creation history as a factbook.
Thank you
Your history has been added to the dispatch.

I hereby call on Minister of Justice The Dominion of Newest Byzantine to create a poll to vote on this proposed law so that it can either be passed or denied as a part of our law code.
Long Live North Turkestan,
-PRFE
Hello All,
I would like to propose two new laws for consideration:
Law 1:
All laws proposed and approved by the Minister of Justice laws must be posted on the regional message board within 24 hours of approval by the Minister of Justice. After 24 hours, and no later than 48 hours, the Minister of Justice must post the poll on whether the law should pass or not.
Law 2:
All constitutional disputes against recently passed laws must be filled within 7 days of the law's passing. If an issue with the law is discovered after the 7 day period, a citizen can request that the Minister of Justice inquire on it's legality. The Minister of Justice will decide on whether the law is constitutional or not. The Minister of Justice is not required to look into the laws validity under the constitution unless a Consul of the Primer directly requests it.
- DNB, Minister of Justice
Comrades,
I regret to inform all of you that Yzmozazstans government has collapsed and is now in a state of Anarchy.
The once great nation has removed itself from NT.
Since there is no law in the constitution regarding a member nation collapsing, The Anarchist state of Yzmozazstan has been removed from this region.
Yzmozazstan is welcome to return to NT if communism arises once again in his nation.
-TT
The Minister of Justice tried to pass this off as his own law proposals (which, per the constitution, is illegal). To avoid confusion in the future, the Minister of Justice should not use personal pronouns when they announce proposals to the people. The Minister of Justice should also not refer to those who are proposing, as they may wish to remain anonymous, but even though it was phrased as The Minister of Justice's own, they are my proposals (to prove that these law proposals were mine, I am happy to provide screenshots of our telegrams as proof). Please try to avoid this situation in the future. Also don't introduce 2 laws at the same time, unless the nation proposing them wishes it to be that way.
I much agree. Additionally, a reminder to all parties involves in law making to double check all grammar and spelling to ensure the most accurate and airtight laws.
-PRFE
For maximum clarity, I would like to recommend that the discussed laws, presented to us by DNB and written by the Kyrgyz be modified as the following:
Law 2:
All laws proposed and approved by the Minister of Justice must be posted on the regional message board within 24 hours of approval by the Minister of Justice. After 24 hours, and no later than 48 hours after approval, the Minister of Justice must post the poll on whether the law should pass or not.
Law 3:
All constitutional disputes against recently passed laws must be filed within 7 days of the law's passing. If an issue with the law is discovered after the 7 day period, a citizen can request that the Minister of Justice inquire on it's legality. The Minister of Justice will decide on whether the law is constitutional or not. The Minister of Justice is not required to look into the laws validity under the constitution unless a Consul of the Premier directly requests it.
-On a side note, I am slightly confused about the details of Law 3. Within the 7 day period is the Minister of Justice allowed to repeal any law without a vote?
LONG LIVE NORTH TURKESTAN
-PRFE
The Minister of Justice will look into whether there are any direct contradictions to constitution in the law. This is supposed to be the regular procedure, but sometimes stuff falls through the cracks. It is as if the Minister of Justice rejects your law proposal for being unconstitutional. It is just extending this right so no laws that contradict the constitution are accidentally passed.
Thank you for the clarification, Comrade
As further clarification, what is the punishment for violation of law 2?
I urge the Justice Minister to evaluate the proposed laws and comment his thoughts
-PRFE
A warning on the first two offences, followed by removal from office. No punishments regard citizenship or ability to run for the position again.
Why does Newest byzantine, need your permission to post legal polls? Newest byzantine could have post these polls whenever, regardless of your approval. I find your post appalling, and beseech you to remove it, for the glory of North Turkestan.
Edit: I have suppressed your comment until further clarification is presented. As of right now, the post seems like that you are saying that you alone control the legal system in North Turkestan.
My apologies for the misunderstanding, what I meant rather was to encourage Newest Byzantine to speed up the legal process and either officially accept or deny these proposed laws. I simply meant to politely nudge comrade Newest Byzantine
