It says How Nationalism Is Needed in a Society to Flourish,so Is Militarism and There also needs to be a "State of The Masses" and "Proletariat Dictatorship" to Bring the Red Golden Age. Every Citizen also has a Weapon stored in A Deposit,doesn't matter the Agea,that will serve Him in case of Guerilla Warfare in His Country. All previous mentions of "Allowing small Private Property and Houses" have been erased and Replaced with "Everything owned Colectivly by the People,not the Individual."

Also a Capitol on How Trade Ships shouldn't have a "Made in ....." On Them to show from where They are,but a "Made in ......" For the country They import In,so that They grant It a Proud Setiment and to not make It looks Bad.

All Old Copies have been taken and New Ones given Instead.

There's also some Naming of Westerners and Non-Communist Countries "Social-Imperialists".

Also a Capitol talking about how the Revolution should be done by Both Industrials and the future Industrials,the,as It depends on which counry on how It can be done.

These 3 Capitols would have been Somewhere in the middle,titled "On a New World","The Revolution:A Cause of the Worker,Farmer or Both?" and "Why shouldn't Trade Ships Be Marked".

A Capitol towards the end,named "A Revolution in another One" has been made,talking about,after the Government is installed,It can accept Tourists from Neutral Countries to see Historic sites as long as They Obey The Law.
Breaking the Law means They are sent to be judged in Their Country and Their Family would pay a fine for Their Crimes,but,It depends on what Crime (This was added later)

The Book Has Been Renamed to "New Romanian National Communism: A Red Golden Age and How to Achieve It",In Order to Promote the Fact That The Regime Has Built a New Romania and To Promote the Official Name of the Country,And a New National Identity.

As The New Romanian Policy On These Has Changed,So Has The Talk Of Autonomos Areas and Direct Democracy Be Replaced With Something Like the Current New Romanian Policy.
