The fall
Early in the morning of April 14th the guards at premier Yu’s mansion discovered the Premier dead, after suffering a heart attack while asleep. By the time he was found he was already dead. The politburo were alerted, and with no successor chosen the politburo immediately started to argue over who the successor to the great premier should be. All the while, this was kept secret from the population for the time being, despite not being in power as long as Stahl or Kenkichi, it still felt as though the premier left his mark on the nation. Upon the news being announced there were memorials being made in the street, in honor of the glorious comrade premier.
After a short debate in the politburo, Anna Essler was elected as general secretary with the support of security minister Vashchenko, the presidium convened a few hours later and unanimously voted her in as the premier of the union of federative Soviet socialist republics.

The politburo states that because of the presence of the exiles in the union they can’t risk sending a Honduran leader there, and once again states Hondura’s good track record with foreign ledgers visiting(as in no foreign leader has been arrested or hurt).

Two planes arrive a day later, with a whole extra security force deployed for the premier.

The Emperor is on his way to Seoul along with his advisors and some security. The Empress has stayed behind in Copenhagen to take care of matters at home.

He is greeted by the people’s honor guard and some students who hand him flowers. He’s then driven to the former palace of the Joseon dynasty which has been defunct for over a century by now. He’s led inside and premier Essler is at a dinner table.
“Ah emperor, please take a seat.”

“I think the reason socialism has won in Hondura is because of how it’d promoter peace between the various ethnic groups, I think the reason, even after the end of communism, that the communist party could take power again, was because after fascism and ethnic problems, the people realised the harmony that socialism created in Hondura, a society without monarchs ruling over an oppressed people, or one dominated by warlords, I think the failures of so called democracy in Hondura is self evident, and I think in the future, of communism were to fall again, you’d see tens of millions dead in Hondura, because the social fabric of the socialist society would have been destroyed.”

He smiles as he takes the flowers from the students. "Thank you very much." He notices that they take him to the palace of the Joseon dynasty and feels like they are trying to make a statement. He walks in and sees the premier sitting there and walks over and takes a seat. "Hello Premier Essler. I would like to first say that I was sorry to hear of the death of Premier Yu."

Weirdly there are no communist flags in the palace and only the flag of the Joseon dynasty in the main hall, although there was a national flag flying above the building.
“It’s fine, it was all very sudden and we couldn’t have predicted it, realistically we should been prepared for something like this.”

Hondura wrote:“Hmm, well you have a chance, I don’t say anything because I have things to do I suppose.”

She looks at the flags and then waits to be greeted at the airport by a guard of some form.

He does notice the fact that there are no communist flags and thinks it is strange. The fact that the Joseon flag is flying is very interesting. "It was sudden but you cannot be prepared for everything that happens. Is it possible for me to get something to drink?"
