Judge: The defendant stands accused of committing crimes against humanity, crimes against the Serbian nation, genocide, attempted genocide, mass murder, gross violations of human rights, forced migration of millions, extreme surveillance and ruling what resembled a state built around the worship of his image and his personality. Does the defendant have anything to say before he is sentenced?

Krujec, who was smiling creepily while his crimes were being read out, begins to laugh causing awkward looks from witnesses, judges, the jury and all those present. He then glances at everyone around him before talking.

Stefan Krujec: Yes your honour, I do. I hear all these crimes being read out, genocide, attempted genocide, mass murder, but I would like to say that I never killed anyone. I have never murdered anyone with my own hands (*points at crowd*) you all did it for me. I never went to someone and told them to get out of their houses, you all did. You are all as guilty as I am of these crimes, even more so than me. This conviction of me isn't a conviction of an individual, you are convicting a nation. We need to remember that all these things I did were because you wanted me to do them, I was put back into power by all of you, I was elected by all of you. I stood with you side by side in protests and demonstrations and continued doing so even after my resignation. We are one and the same. I am you and you are me.

Now you have your bourgeois democracy, your jeans, your tshirts, your chewing gum but I promise you all that you will look at what I did and the direction we were heading in and will say to yourselves privately that I was right. This democracy will come crumbling down and another energetic, charismatic figure that was like Stefan Krujec, or like Slobodan Milosevic or even that crackpot Seselj will be elected. For now you will be satisfied with material enrichment and this new hedonistic lifestyle you will have, but...but this will all come crashing down and this country will degenerate so fast you will be begging me to return to power.

Sentence me to jail, sentence me to death. I do not care. I made my point, I made my decisions, now time and history will judge me.

Those supporting him, those against him, the jury and the judges are all silent and in a way have been moved. Silence fills the air until the judge finally delivers the verdict

Judge: General Secretary Stefan Krujec you have been charged guilty of all these crimes and will be imprisoned for life

Opinion polls for the last 2 days have been added

Mirko Evic's NSF has attracted socialist voters after Evic appealed to them by saying : "We are the exact same and want the same things, Krujec, Subotic and Milosevic who are all Socialist have been great Serbian leaders and represent the superiority of the Serbian race. The combination of all their policies is exactly what we want. We want Krujecism but in simpler terms for the Serbian people, we want a new Serbian man with the old ways promoted by Milosevic, we want a system based around that of Subotic's"

Socialist Party officials have called for their supporters to vote for the NSF as a way to punish the Serbian bourgeois democracy

Krujec's sentencing and his message to the people of Serbia has led to demonstrations in support of the former communist leader.

"Krujec promoted equality, he promoted using force to crush corruption, promoted selflessness and care for everyone no matter who they are, we stopped killing the old and the disabled under his rule. What was there not to like about this regime unless you were a hateful person or a corrupt official?" - random serb civilian

"While Krujec was probably the best Serbian leader we have had in a long time I don't think the majority of the population wants to return to totalitarianism" - random serb civilian

Bosnic , new Progressive Party leader, has announced that the perfect party for all Serbs to vote for would be his if they want a transition to a proper democratic state in a Serbian way where Serbian values and culture are promoted as well as democratic western values.

no well maybe a bit but real small just a bunch of dem people wanting a democracy in place but no one gives them cred. he's made many movements that make people like him. he's increased the living conditions of those in the union to some of the highest standard in the world. The nation is pretty much democratic with the council having no interference from the imperator, and while yes the imperator passes laws really most of it is just aurelian looking over the papers revising some passing it back to the council then confirming it. so like i said mostly people that think there's not enough when really there's enough. republicans (commies) have pretty much be knocked out after their stint in portugual, so even their under ground cells have been taken out. so like not really but everyone has ways to complain about the smallest things.
