2nd OFFICAL DECREE FROM THE FOUNDER OF THE UNITARY STATE OF OTASIJA

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF THE OLGEAN JULYTHIRTYFIRSTIST REPUBLIC - (7/27/22)

Operation Fulmotondro was a unilateral and sweeping success by the Otasijan National Liberation Army! This is the first successful offensive of the ONLA since the 12:20 Offensive in 2018, organized entirely by the Supreme Commander of the ONLA and the 73731 ORG. The Olgean Julythirtyfirstist Republic has been established as the sole legal successor to the Olgean Socialist Republic.

The OJR will hereby be governed as an interim, independent military territory of the Unitary State of Otasija, organized as a Julythirtyfirstist oriented republic. Power will be transferred from the previous ruling party into the hands of the newly founded Olgean Julythirtyfirstist Workers’ Party, headed by a Central Committee. Citizens still within the Republic will be removed, as to deter a counteroffensive. The region will then be password protected, as further measures against a counteroffensive. Regional factbooks and information will be replaced with those of the Julythirtyfirstist Republic.

The interim Ministry of Foreign Affairs will notify all embassies of Olgea through their own foreign affairs departments of the change in government, bringing the ideology of Julythirtyfirstism to the international stage. These former embassies may be withdrawn to consolidate the newfound independence of the Republic.

The good children of Otasija are firmly united in solidarity to defeat the enemies of Julythirtyfirstism and revive Olgea!

In the event of a successful counteroffensive by an organized coalition of the Central Military Commission of the defunct Olgean Worker’s Party’s Revolutionary Guard, a parallel government under the same name will be established. Other last effort means are protected knowledge of the Supreme Command of the Otasijan 73731 Revolutionary Guard. The goal of Operation Fulmontondro ultimately was the establishment of the Julythirtyfirstist Republic to revive Olgean governmental activity, and the advancement of Julythirtyfirstism on a world stage.

This decree goes into effect immediately upon submission and announcement, and is unanimously enacted and agreed upon without quarrel by the Representatives of the Otasijan National Party. This decree is unilaterally enforced by the Otasijan 73731 Revolutionary Guard
