They may disguise it easily because on the great cities people already used masks for a long time by default because of the extreme pollution due the use of coal energy source that despite Three Gorges Dam still being used on a really large scale, China is having unemployment reaching high numbers, their country or parts of it are probably on havoc but we don't know it.

You mentioned the Three Gorges Dam. On a youtube channel, they say its has been raining so much in China that the rivers are overflowing the dams. People along the river have not seen it this bad for decades. Some think the Three Gorges dam could collapse under the pressure of so much water since they rushed its construction. Those who built it inspected it which has you know can be a problem. Supposedly, they are hush in China when it comes to this severe flooding problem.
Found the youtube channel.

When it comes to this ACS - RCN merger proposal, why are they even sending out this proposal when ACS members still have two days left in voting on accepting this proposal. They are crossing the bridge before getting to it. That is if they get there. So far 11 ACS members rather have RCN merge with them. Sound like an annexation. Eight rather start a new region. Sounds fairer. But then we have the fact that the new region The Allied Conservative Nation (ACN) has already been created. Do they know something we do not know. RCN has not even voted to decide what they want. So to which alliance does the founder that created ACN belong too. Are they a member of ACS or RCN. Since ACS seems to be on top of all this I would think for the safety of the members here that a RCN member should be the founder of any new region. At the very least, the founder of ACN, if an ACS member, should give a RCN member the password to the regions control.

While I am not a member of the ACS, I doubt they would submit that particular merger proposal to the RCN if their current poll was binding, as they are directly contradictory. Even if that poll was binding, the RCN has made it clear it would not accept a merger that led to the RCN's annexation.

Centrallonia wrote:But then we have the fact that the new region The Allied Conservative Nation (ACN) has already been created. Do they know something we do not know.

Yes, to reserve the name for if the merger is accepted.

Centrallonia wrote:RCN has not even voted to decide what they want.

There is a bill in the General Assembly of the RCN to sign the treaty or not. I presume there is one in the ACS Senate New jakobly?

Centrallonia wrote:So to which alliance does the founder that created ACN belong too. Are they a member of ACS or RCN.

The founder account would be like the RCN's founder account, as in multiple government officials have access to it. Any new government would likely have both ACS and RCN members.

The ACS is not "on top" nor is the RCN's safety at any risk. Both the ACS and RCN are both at the same stage (debating ratification), and the founder account will have multiple people from both regions with the password.

Logon is generally correct. The ACS poll began over two days ago, and we have no reason to believe it would be legally binding, because the Agreement on Union is what is being considered for adoption.

The current Founder in The Allied Conservative Nations is reserving the name. It was created by New jakobly this morning, though I also have the password. Everyone currently recognized as Founders of either region would continue that role in the ACN. I would like to point out that the Agreement on Union stipulates in part: "The RCN Founder nation shall be repurposed for this role." Should the regional merger take place, we can always do the "WA update re-found" move in order to use the legally agreed-upon founder nation.

The bill in the RCN General Assembly essentially determines whether we are interested in seeing what sort of Constitution the Convention drafts. It has actually been discussed by the GA to turn over ratification of that Constitution -- the last step in the merger process -- to the RCN public at large, but I will acquiesce to whatever mechanism they propose.
