I'm sure you can agree though that a number of things he said made him look bad, as did the manner in which he said them. His outburst after Clinton called him a russian puppet, and so on. I'm really not that invested in American politics all I want is a strong leader of the western world who has our back (UK) and keeps us together against China and the like. Trump isnt that. My ideal US president is honestly as close to the center as possible. Maybe my perspective would have been different if I actually lived inside USA but I doubt it, since here in the UK I despise the left wing of the labour party and celebrated on April when Keir Starmer (centrist) won the labour leadership. I'm what you'd call a "radical" centrist xd

Y-youíre a... fascist?

Not gonna lie literally all the American media pushes a narrative, fox news one side the other ones another side. It really strikes me as odd because throughout my childhood, there was this one media source that was never biased at all and it was the most popular news network, and the rest of them weren't so biased either. simpler times.

I like to think pragmatically and dissociate myself from any and all mob mentality or groups, even. This grouping stuff is more of an evolutionary thing, you see humans used to live in tribes and blablabla. Im an individualist, like the true liberal I am :')

It's really sad how the term liberal in America now means the opposite of what it was originally intended to be. Despite its faults I still look up to America as the center of liberty and the leader of the western world. They just need to sort themselves out, like we are doing. Mama Merkel is popular again, and anti EU nonsense is dying down. China's wet dream of western disunity is coming to an end

Sainoland wrote:If I had to pick a line of thought I'd theoretically side with in a utopian society, it would be Classical Liberalism. I believe in negative freedom (liberty as freedom from restraint by the govt) and egotistical individualism (living your own view of the good life and a push to do well for yourself,) so I have a big problem with the way my generation and millennials tend to victimise themselves rather than achieve and overcome. Machiavelli would have called them a generation of suckers. That's my biggest disagreement with the left and it's why I'm firmly opposed to socialism, as well as rising welfare. I agree with you, honestly. And I would also share your anti biden sentiment if other issues weren't more important to me. If you get four more years of trump, I dread to think what might happen. I'm thinking long term here. Social spending? Can easily be cut again when a republican becomes elected in the future. But the damage that trump does is long lasting, as well as the division he brings to the nation. What I equally dislike is the ministry of truth - type push against trump which demonises the people who voted for him. It's like they learned nothing from 2016. They're adding more fuel to the fire of division. I remember seeing the weaklings crying and moping around when trump won in 2016 - Clinton ran a divisive campaign exactly the way Donald did and it's no more justified. "basket of deplorables" and the "sexism," ofc

If i had to pick one side in an utopian society, it would Transhumanism, third position and technocracy. I believe in technology as a way to surpass the limits made by our actual conditions, national sovereignity for the improvement of all nations each one in their own path. I believe freedom of expression is essential as it allows the development of the society to be more quicker i am neither collectivist or individualist as i believe each worthy person should improve both him and his country sacrifices are wrong and letting yourself die for your country or your country die without supporting it in some cases is wrong. In balance there is rectitude. I have a problem with the millenials and my generation the Generation Z as i see them proudly following sheepherds instead of thinking of themselves. I am from the third position i do not believe in capitalism or socialism but into a mixed system with private and state enterprises what you would say "corporative economy".
Welfare does not have sense as it ends on the wrong hands and discourages working, what the world needs is a boost on national industries and a care of the enviroment that allows more profits on the long place.
Society should put evolution as the first objetive and care for all without stupid socialism but collaboration and real efforts i mean not hard work but good work done with effective measures for solving each problem.
I must say i hate Biden and dislike Trump we should have visionaries surrounded by the geniouses of all the countries in the goverments instead of this clowns but for me Trump is the less danger and i explain why Biden will cede over the pressure of the millennials which want stupid profressive measures and more brainwashing than the actual chaos while Trump does not care about it, Trump may divide the country but Biden will unify it by lies and progressive supremacy over the traditional ideas limiting the freedom of speech and censoring everything as hate speech. I prefer a clown instead of that SJW

Fox News is the mainstream media closest to the objective truth

Sorry but even if that's the case - not good enough for me. You can agree that they shill for GOP, and that's fine considering the amount of mainstream news outlets that shill Democrat greatly outnumber them. It's fine to have a few conservative and a few """"""liberal""""" outlets. But what I don't like is the amount of mainstream media that shills for the left in comparison, and the fact that there isn't a non biased mainstream media source in America 😭 so sad you guys
UK isnt much better, BBC is going down the drain pandering to the wOkE cRoWd

For what it's worth, if I was forced to choose between Trump and AOC, I would bite my tongue, my lips and literally anything I find and vote for trump. That woman is a nightmare.

The Daily Wire is an American right-wing news and opinion website founded in 2015 by political commentator Ben Shapiro and director Jeremy Boreing.
I do agree with having an opinion-based news source as well as an objective one. I fully appreciate you picked this one because of your views. Likewise I read Financial Times as they best represent my views. But there also must be a mainstream media outlet for facts and objective information specifically, and this ain't it chief. When I switch on CNN, I see some overblown headline about leftist garbage, and then on fox news it's the same sort of thing. You get me right? We need a channel that anyone can watch and take away proper information from, one that we trust not to be biased.

Sainoland

Perhaps I place a lot of importance on this based on what BBC used to be, back when it wasn't biased. It equally scrutinised the government and the opposition of the day and I miss that uwu
