Uranium? The 80 cucumber per kilogram price for uranium is quite cheap. Does it include enrichment fees? We would be extremely interested in buying some. (no, we're not building nukes) Also, would you happen to have deuterium and tritium? Or some plutonium? Or some helium-3? We're experimenting with nuclear thermal rockets and we need some uranium for building reactors. The plutonium is for making RTGs, and the hydrogen -2 and -3 and helium-3 is for fusion power experiments.

The Hfhbsd Space Agency is offering commercial/government operations cheap launches to LEO and beyond. Our new SSTO offers ~500 kg to LEO capacity, with ~2m^3 of payload space. ~150000 hCredits per launch. Can launch in under a week's notice (most of the time). For unmanned operations only. And fear not if you need more payload capacity! A new Mk2 SSTO is in the works, with about 5 tons payload capacity/2 passengers.
We also offer a larger rocket, with more range and payload capacity. Supply/crew shuttles also available.
PVRSO (Potato Valley Region Space Organization) maintains 4 Space Shuttles and 2 Space Stations. We also have supersonic suborbital space planes. The newest project is to build a lunar base.
HSA has a fleet of light MK1 smallsat SSTOs, 2 reusable heavy first stage (comes with reuseable SRBs), a large station (in progress), and a small lunar base. Current projects are: building our TopoLauncher air launch vehicle, a MK2 crew ferry to go with that, expanding the Minmus base and the LKO station, and starting work our the Mars base. There is also a planned one-way Eve probe, as well as one for Jool.
Dragonkitten sanctuary ii is now New Eberron's 1 puppet in Seblaria, as I've re-started Dragonkitten sanctuary i and moved them to Seblaria Minor.
Salaam Alekum, friends! As the WA delegate and Generalissimo of Greater Catopia, as well as it’s High Priest under Pope of Atheism Necropolis 2, and advisor to the Gamer-In-Chief and founder Pangurstan, I would like to notify you all of the recent regime change in Greater Catopia. However, with this new-found power (that shall be used for good, of course) there are many enemies (that wish for evil, of course) that oppose our righteousness. In case the course of action takes an unfavorable turn, I would like the Great region of Seblaria to back my administration.
I say sector 37. I'm not sure of everyone else though.
We must choose 24!!

Lecture warning!
Sector 37 still has a lot of planets. The reason it looks dark is because there’s naturally less stars in the outer rim of the galaxy, meaning less star systems and hence less planets. However, if you’re in a star system, there’s still going to be planets. In fact, you’re probably on one right now. Also, if you want trade with other people in other star systems, much less halfway across the galaxy, you need FTL drive if you want your goods to arrive before you die of old age/boredom. And if you have FTL drive, an extra few light-years between each planet/star isn’t going to make such a large difference in travel time (you now don’t have a set top speed) Plus, what good does more planets make? It’s not like we’re strip-disassembling planets for who-knows-what.
A larger distance also has several strategic advantages. First of all, there’s less of a chance some star will make a close flyby of the sun and knock who-knows-what into different orbits (asteroids, even Earth itself) Also, we’re be located higher in the gravity well of the galaxy. This will allow for: easier transport of goods to our The Planet X trading partners (gravity works for us instead of against us). Gravity also allows us to use kinetic impactors against targets lower in the gravity well. I wonder what a load of nullolium going ~400 km/sec will do to that Monster Zero alien thing? It also lowers the chance invaders will come. Finally, once we do develop FTL technology or Bussard Drives, we can escape the gravity well of the galaxy easier, as the local escape burn delta-v drops with distance.
Therefore, choose Sector 37!
There is another region in Sector 37!
The new TerraLink comsat constellation has been approved by the HSA! It will provide cheap, low-latency communication for users anywhere on Earth, or even in orbit! Each satelite will also come with a built-in heatshield+maneuvering system to allow it to be deorbited, survive reentry, and perhaps allow it to be refurbished and reused. However, critics have called TerraLink "a bunch of expensive space cell towers", "why are we wasting money on this", "a cover for a government takeover of the communications industry", and "a cover-up for weapons testing". However, most of these are unheeded lies. TerraLink will supply blazing-fast internet and phone service to even the most remote stretches of the world. It will also be used to communicate with probes into the outer solar system.
I looked at NSDossier, and the total population of Seblaria + puppets and Greater Catopia + puppets is about 65 billion. If we combined forces for Z-day, it’s conceivable that we could get pretty high in the no quarantine rankings (We would lift the quarantine 5 minutes before the event ends).
hey petition to have a secondary, seblaria-wide currency (like euros) i suggest talents as the name because that sounds cool. like imagine going to a coffeeshop and being like yeah ill have a cocoa and theyre like yeah thatll be 15 talents like id just melt on the spot
