well we had a war with them a few years ago and they destroyed our old region, that's why this region is called the second kekistani republic.
there were also some smaller proxy wars with them after that before most of this region went incative.

The Kekstantinople Pact is a proposed alliance among nations. Its purpose is to ensure not only the sovereignty of Member states but also tell the culling of power amongst the tyrannical members of the world assembly.
Article 1: The Union CouncilAddendum 1-A 4/27/18 TUC is replaced by the Defensive congress.
The Union Council is the United governing body of The Kekstantinople Pact. Every region WA delegate will also serve as a Kekstantinople Representative. The UC is, unlike the WA, not allowed to meddle in the affairs of its Nationstates, as a way of pushing for sovereignty. It also cannot make decisions for the Region itself (unless this region is causing a problem in Le Internationale) The Union Council can do as follows: Choose Raiding Targets, Mark possible enemies, Allow for certain nations rejected from a member states region into another MS.
Article 2:Delegation
This matter is simple, every WA delegate will also act as a KP delegate.
KP Delegates are different to chairmen in that they are there to patrol Embassies and speak on behalf of their region. Rather than making major decisions.
Article 3:The Emergency Council
If the need arises, say in wartime, or an unexpected threat pops up, there is to be a meeting of all Regional leaders. How it takes place is to be decided by them.
Article 4:The Peacekeeper
The Peacekeeper is the elective (we love democracy) leader of the KP. His/her/zey/zer's power is very much in the name. Keep the Peace. Although that's not all... they have three specific little quirks.
1. Declaring war on any region, with permission from regional leaders. There has to be a particularly good casus belli though.
2. Declare (trigger warning) Assemblies among the KP delegates.
3.Invite regions (or ban them) from the Kekstantinople Pact.
To become the PK( KP backwards) you need to be a nation in a member region. Besides that, your golden, the only people who cant be PK are regional leaders, for obvious reasons. An election is to be held when the chairmen decide it is time to get a new peacekeeper.
Addendum:Every region is allowed to have 2 candidates.

Article 5: The Defensive Congress The Defensive Congress, TDC, or Congress, is the assisting body in keeping the Kekstantinople Pact together, the roles of the Defensive Congress is to act as the assistant to the Peacekeeper, the Congress. Congress is open to 15 different parties, each with one chairmen.
Article 6: If the Chairman Of a Region becomes Inactive or leaves their member region The Founder of that region becomes the chairman, if the founder is inactive then the WA Delegate becomes the chairman for that region.
