Thing is Enfaru may not come back. There's no telling if/when she will, and in the meantime our numbers will continue to dwindle.

The week-long poll has ended, and by a clear 2:1+ margin, we have voted to begin a migration to a newly-created region. I have asked Iryllia to create a Puppet President to establish the new region, and we will begin copying some of our SC facts over to the New SC. You will all be kept informed as this progresses.
There has been some discussion on Discord as to whether we want the New SC Region to carry over all of our canon and history (basically the new region would be a continuation of this region), or whether we want an complete re-set, starting out our nations and stories all over again. Please weigh these options and discuss it here, before we get to far along. It is important to hear from all of you.
The best thing in our opinion would be to have everything copied over an have the new region to be a continuation of this one. We can keep this one locked here and preserved for posterity (and to act as a redirection for anyone who might have heard of us, or old nations who might return).

Although I am new here, I agree wholeheartedly. I see no reason for a reset and believe we should simply continue. I also think we are blowing it a bit out of proportion, it's only a transfer, nay?
Realistically yes, but many of us have been here for years now, and are loath to uproot ourselves, even if it means flopping back down ten meters away. Plus, the point of the RMB being potentially lost is a good one; however, if we set up embassies between the two regions, then that would allow us to continue using (or more realistically just dig up old, embarrassing quotes from) this one.
UPDATE: Thanks to Iryllia, the new region has been set up (The Fourth Sovereign Charter.) I have copied all of the WFB information (links to Role-Plays, the official Map, Noct's Cartography Factbook) over to the new site. Officers can not be added until those nations actually move. The Founder is a Presidential Puppet, and we shouldn't (hopefully) have this issue again.
Migration may commence to The Fourth Sovereign Charter at any time!
