Making our presence felt in the Far Eastern side does sound tempting but, The Federation doesn't wish to undermine its hard working financial/development/manufacturing sectors that have contributed the most in turning The Federation into the economic powerhouse that it is today. Due to which there's a strong sentiment attached to furthering the development in our local sphere of influence. However, being maritime neighbors, we have commissioned a special watch over the archipelago, and would oblige with forces/aid in case of any unfortunate event. Dear Comrades,
As crime rises due to excessive immigration, The Federation has put its foreign policy on a slow burn.
The Executive Council has ordered the respective authorities to bring down the crime rate by whatever means necessary and to put this before all other national goals. In light of this amendment, we will not be focusing as much on our latest endeavors which also includes establishing new permanent foreign embassies, save for few. We will instead have rotating ambassadors who will spend equal amount of calculated time in their given nations.

The ASOC
With Alperian Campaigns now spanning 3 Different theaters of War- those being Scotland, France and North Africa, the Alperian Parliament has deemed fit to formally recognise the existence of the ASOC, or Alperian Special-Operations Command. The ASOC, formed secretly by Marshal Tukhachevsky in 1933 has long-been the Replacement of the 3 Former-British Commands of the SBS, SRR and SAS- having merged their duties and commands under a single Tri-Operative System.
Although the Government maintains the complete secrecy of ASOC Operations and continues to keep almost all documents relating to their activities classified, small documents released by the Government indicate the ASOC’S role in triggering the ‘Manchester Revolt’- which saw the AAF brutally crush and suppress an attempted Communist uprising led by former-elements of the CPGB. Alongside this, there are multiple hints to the ‘Shadow-Crown Doctrine’, which is suspected to relate to building Imperial-Nationalism and ensuring Pro-Alperian revolts in areas marked as ‘Contested’- with many making the link to the well-organised establishment of the Dominion of Australia by otherwise discriminated groups within the Australian People’s Republic.
A 2nd Alperian Ultimatum
With the sudden Assassination of ‘King Iron- Former leader of The steel workers, the Alperian Government based within Canada has submitted a Demand to the new Bearucracy leading the nation. The Document in summary, demands the ‘total exchange of all Canadian-Territory currently held by the Steel Workers to The Alperian Union, including all Industrial and Infrastructure elements in the area’. Furthermore, the document states ‘Any refusal to return rightful Alperian Land to Alperia shall be met with a total blockade in-accordance to the A.N.B 1960 Policy, used efficiency to starve out the Irish Population over the course of 2 years. Furthermore, if the Steel Workers continue to resist the rightful transfer, Alperian Assets shall be deployed to seize the territory itself, including assets of the Bomber-Wings and A.V.A Divisions’. Only time will tell what the formal response of the Steel Workers shall be. ’

Declaration of the Lupercan Federal Government regarding the 2nd Alperian ultimatum
Foreign Minister Friedrich Ritz has spoken publicly about the Alperian ultimatum to the government of The steel workers at a press conference at the White Palace, the ministerial headquarters. In it, he said that Luperca has established an international policy of non-intervention in American affairs, so that any eventual conflict in the American continent will not have Lupercan participation. Minister Ritz has proclaimed that the Doctrine of American Neutrality will be applied from now on by the government of the Socialist Workers' Front.
Annexation Of three Coastal Western Australia, the Northern Territory and the two remaining provinces of New South Wales
The government of the Australian Peoples Republic will announce the annexation of the western province of New South Wales called Broken Hill and the three North Western provinces of Western Australia and the Northern Territory. The Australian government announced the reason of this is to secure land that links between the main land of the Republic and the Northern sea ports, while also continuing the set goal of reuniting the former lands and bringing civilization and law and order back to the Australian lands. The procedure of securing the provinces will follow a similar execution as that of the operation to secure Darwin were the first stage of this operation will use 500,000 troops will garrison the strategic towns with the escorting of colonists to re-populate these urban areas. The secondary stage will consists of crating infrastructure for the transport of supplies and goods to the city of Darwin to maintain stability in the region and to also set up areas of defense and staging areas for the continued expansion of the Australian Peoples Republic. The third stage will consist of creating jobs and the reopening of shops, mines and manufacturing complexes, while this happens and due to the establishment of land based communications between Perth and Proletarian city a coordinated efforts will be put in place for the industrialization of the regions under government control. This operation will start in two days with the objectives stated above will be secured and the process of colonization will be enacted, The Australian Peoples Republic will use these areas to maintain its independence, to provide living space for the people of Australia. However this amount of land is still not the target in order to maintain the increasing demand for living space. The new provinces will be organized into a momentary military government in order to set up a functional civilian government later on. Thus by decree of Mikhail Roskov has ordered the annexation of the western provinces of New South Wales and the north western provinces of Western Australia and the northern territory, the Australian government has made a statement into how this will provide more economic growth and an increase of living standards in the Australian Peoples Republic. This annexation will also bring stability to Australia as a whole since it will connect the two areas under control of the Australian government due to an increase of violence in areas under the control of warlords fighting for dominance of dwindling resource and al-round lack of stability in regions under the control of warlords. One of these warlords infamously named Bob Murray caused a massacre in Australian Republican borders killing approximately 500 people in the town of Bendigo, this massacre caused the increased expansion of Australian borders. The Australian government will bring this warlord to justice and other warlords alike while also increasing the safety and security of Australians who are within government borders and also the rehabilitation of the innocence that are terrorized by the warlords in the regions that are not under the control of the Australian government, all Australians will be have the right for a stable government.

this will be my last speech before election. I know am not so good at RP or anything else like Luperca so i will thank you for having faith in me.
Last night when i was thinking about you and our future i went through our constitution and whole chat since the foundation of our community (i know ther are 213 pages). I realize we cant go on like that our community stands for Democracy Socialisam and Other Anti-fascisic values therefore i found it odd that basics rules of democaty are not existing. No matter who wins tomorrow i would ask that person to set up Paralamet which can decide if they will support new government on not. I know i wasn't ther when crisis happen,but believe me nothing like that will not hapend.
If government said :belive and follow constitution, i will said Don't, Change it if u believe its isn't right. Dont be sheeps, be humans who can think for themselves.
Stability can be achieved only by changes since it isnt possible that everything is okey.
Whether you choose Luperca or me, you should know i will not stop to bring our region closer to people.

Forming Federation
After declaring independents Croslavian government form Croslavian People's Army (CNA) in order to free its teritory from occupiers and fascists.First step was peoples uprising which went with parole "Croslavian land to Croslavian people" and it was partially successful since people from teritory formally know Savska Banovina declared their independence. However from teritory of Dalmatia and Hercegovina weren't so lucky theirs uprising was shout down with force.This event was remember as Bloody Uprising.To protect its people Croslavian government had decided to send CNA. New operation was name **Sea goat**. Its goal was to protect and free dalmatia.To achieve it CNA had first to conquer Citys of Šibenik and Knin which were near river Krka a natural shield for solders form ex JNA now known as Chetniks. The battle was fierce,but after 4 days CNA managed to capture Knin and with help of CRM(Croslavian Navy) Šibenik has fallen next day. The hardest fight was in City of Spilt which was Navy headquarters of ocupated teritory and that way 2/3 of CNA was send to free that city.CRM together with CNA started to free bit by bit and soon every city in Dalmatia was free.
After finishing with Dalmatia CNA has split. 7 division were sent to bosnia to join Croslavian Volunteers Army. New operation was name **Sea Falcon**. Its goal was to free hercegovina and West Bosnia. Bosnian territory was steep and harsh and winter was coming so plans we delay to late spring. In spring CNA has merged with CVA which was in Free teritory of so call Republic of Herceg-Bosna which government was Mostar. CNA had ensure peace and security of borders. Day after Herceg-Bosna join Croatia and First Croslavian Federation was form. After which Muslims form so call National Defence Army and started to attack CNA in west Sarajevo and Konjic which started an new conflict in Bosnia. Old CVA and 8th division were form into Croslavian Defence Army with job of protecting teritory of Hercegovina.After securing teritory 6th and 7th of CNA had started move north to free rest of Croslavian teritory from where croslavians were tortured and killed, moving to west bosnia where they were attack by Chetniks near Bugojno and Livno who fled from Dalmatia. Luckily 4th and 5th division join soon after crossing into west bosnian teritory which started to be a new battle zone. CNA stopped agression while keeping position.Croslavian government send 2nd and 3rd division lead by general Aleksandar Horvatov across river Una .New operation named Storm. Its goal was to free North-west bosnia and to join with 6th and 7th division lead my general Ivan Bošković and 2nd and 3rd division lead by general Pavle Mišić. After a fierce fight on rivers Korana and Glina. After Horvatovs divisions had manage to defeat and successfully crossed border they march to Cazin and Bihać wher was Croslavian resistance movement located. In battle for Cazin many solders die but with theirs sacrifice Horvatovs divisions managed to free Cazin and march to Mrkonjić Grad wher they unite with Mišić divisions and Bošković divisions. After uniting they Set new republic named Croslavian Bosnia with capital in Bihać.
1st and 10th division lead by General Miroslav Petrović,in operation **Sea move** started attack on Dubrovnik. CRM started blockade of city by sea, CRZ (Croslavian Air Force) provide its blockade and started to bombard military complexs and Petrović divisions started to enemy beck achieving control of harbour and air port. Which made easier for advancing of CNA and achieving goal of freeing Croslavian teritory. Slowly but steady CNA had free Dubrovnik and teritory know as Dubrovnik Republic. New government had be established and republic was form, republic was name Dubrovnik Republic. Dubrovnik Republic become 3 Croslavian Republici. Few days later all army join in new capital Novi Split.

In retaliation to the assassination of King Iron.
Day 1: Sitting in a van right now writing this, guess it was a good idea in case I died. It has not been fun these days, the horror on my mum's face when she got the letter drafting me, let's just say it was not a happy one. Met up with one of my friends from college we've been having a good laugh at our situation, I think were just trying to cheer each other up about what's most likely about to happen. The training I got was surprisingly advanced for a draft. I'm one of the snipers, the officers gave us a few sheets of special units that were open, I thought that being a sniper far away would at least keep me away from most danger, so here I am a sniper rifle in hand ready to kill Russians. The truck is arriving soon so I should probably put this book away.
Day 2: We have arrived and wow, this place is a wasteland, a horrendous wasteland. There are dead bodies everywhere, some aren't even dead. I hopped out first and got set up slightly far back. I guess I was right. The first time I pulled that trigger and some guy on the frontlines dropped, I felt horrendous like I was a monster. After that, though I got used to it, I don't know if that's even worse. We seem to be taking more casualties though so I don't know if we can win this one. I got to meet up with my friend, David. He's a medic, apparently, my sniper's post is doubling as a medical center. There are bodies strewn over corpses.
Day 3: We're being pushed back, again. The only reason was serving with high morale is because of the assassination of our king. David is doing really well he's been going out dragging what I thought were dead bodies, they were actually living people suffering. He's reckless though I've already had to save him twice bye snipping people that were so close to gun him down. I hope nothing bad happens to him.
Day 4: Morale is low soldiers are getting restless. I overheard some even planning a mutiny. I've had to stay up here all day, watching for any signs of movement. I went to check on David today and, well he was dead. I really could not believe it, I just saw is body limp on the ground. I just feel really bad now, he tried so hard to do his job and yet, he's dead. I'm going to try extra hard tomorrow if we don't just surrender. I'm going to give those Russians hell for what they have done.
Day 5: We've started to make a ton of progress. I don't know if the Russians just drank a lot last night but they were just out of it. We were able to rush them twice and push them back very far. I didn't even get to do a lot of my job since I kept having to move forward. I'm going home today due to an injury I got from an artillery shell, breaking my leg. It hurts a lot but I think I'll manage.
Day 6: Got home. My mum was crying when I came through the door. She sat me down and let me watch the news while she made some food. I have my broken leg propped up as I write this. Apparently, there's something about The Alperian Union and Canada. I don't know, I just want to go to bed.
