Hey, should we be supporting a candidate in the race for WA Secretary-General? I know we have no WA nations here, but officially supporting a candidate would still help with that candidate’s publicity.
I would like us to support Valentine Z, as I have a connection to them in The Free Nations Region, via my main (My Nation) and their puppet (Vostrov). I am going to put our support for Valentine Z up on our region’s home page for now. If anyone has any better suggestions as to who to support, please let me know.

Berry World Do we seriously have no hope on re-starting the region? I know this is partly my fault, so I want to help in this.
Honestly I'm looking to start a new Roleplay scenario. If I get the go-to I could start drafting a set of rules, finding a map and maybe a way of presenting it.
And yes, before you ask, I'm just looking for something to do on NationStates. I have no intention of overthrowing Hansdeltania.
Or we could just restart the Biweekly Games and shop. Staying at home has given us a whole bunch of nothing to do.

It’s not your fault. The region was going down anyways. I’ve said this so much, and I’ll say it again: I’m much more active in The Free Nations Region than I am here. I dunno if I can speak for Berry World, but I think I’d rather leave this region as a memorial region. It’s peaceful and it lets me spend more time where I am most active, while still allowing us to preserve our regional history.
As for the possibility of roleplay, I don’t think this is the best place to do it. Berry World and I started this region with the intention of it being non-RP, but still engaging for those who decide to stay here.
The golden days of Strawberry Hill are over. I hate to say it, but I think it’s true. Then again, I don’t want to totally shut down your energy and your ideas. If you have any ideas as to how we could give our region a new life, feel free to say them.

Maybe it is true that regions come and go. I have never been able to grasp that fact.
It appears that maybe my appearance in small regions totally crushes them. Any small region I go to collapses within a few months. I don't know why. Maybe I am cursed?
Small regions, like developing nations, are charming to be in and visit. Unlike in large regions, it is very easy to get an amount of leadership, but the members are also very interdependent on each other, and losing one could cause the collapse of the entire region. I should never have left this region, and I apologise for being so selfish.
Yeah I think I agree. Turning our region into a memorial region was a joint idea, as was starting the region in the first place. We share this region, thus I think we share opinions on it, too.

I apologize for making you feel ignored. Berry World and I only check in on the region every so often, just to ensure it doesn’t get raided.
You are right that regions like ours come and go. They tend to only last a short while before being given up on by their founder and being raided. It’s not your fault, it’s just how the game works.
All I want for this region is to preserve its history. Maybe we’ll have a chance to revive it later on, maybe we won’t. I’ll say this once more: it’s not your fault. Your departure didn’t cause our region’s collapse. You were gone for quite a while. We were bound to die out during that time, as I mentioned, that’s what happens with regions like ours.
Thank you for all that you did for us when you were active before. You were a valued member of our community. And most of all, welcome back.

I was wondering, does Berry World have any other accounts?
Well, I have a confession to make. I knew I’d eventually have to do this, I just didn’t know when.
A Puppet of My Nation and Berry World are the same person. The same person who owns my main, 
My Nation, owns these two accounts as well.When I first founded Strawberry Hill, I did it on a bit of a whim. I wanted to found my own region and see what happened with it. So, I created a new account to do it with in case anything went wrong.
At the time, I was keeping A Puppet of My Nation in The Free Nations Region. When I founded Strawberry Hill, I decided to move that nation here so that in case one nation (it or Berry World) were to CTE, the other one would still be here to stop the region from CTEing too. I also figured that Strawberry Hill would serve as a proper home for A Puppet of My Nation. I didn’t really have a use for it in FNR.
When I first founded Strawberry Hill, I never had the intention to pretend as though these nations were separate people. But it was lonely here, so I started talking to myself (in all honesty, I don’t really know why), and that triggered a downward spiral into pretending that A Puppet of My Nation and Berry World were separate.
Most people still don’t know that Berry World = My Nation, and I’d prefer to keep this matter as minimal as possible. But Strawberry Hill deserves to know.
I hope this doesn’t change your impression of me. In FNR, I’m an active member of government, and I just got re-elected as Speaker for my third term. Here, I’m the Founder, just trying to keep my region alive.
I meant no harm in pretending that my nations are owned by different people. It was simply an embarrassing matter that I tried to avoid for as long as possible. I know that probably wasn’t the best way to handle all this, but it feels good to finally get it off my chest.
From now on, I promise to stop pretending that Berry World and A Puppet of My Nation are different people. I’d prefer not to talk too much about this. I want to leave it in my past and move on.

I guess that also explains why you said it was a "shared decision" yet there were absolutely no details about it. It's not so hard to make a "shared decision" between yourself and yourself?
You once told us that "Berry World doesn't have discord". That was weird, how would a nation with 2 billion people not have discord? I assume, now, that you didn't want the NationStates community to know. (Although, you could've just created another discord account for Berry World.)
It should explain some other stuff. I guess this tells us, regions run by one person (i.e. dictatorships, even though they might not be very dictatoricial) are very vulnerable to inactivity and collapse.

My earlier points on this topic still stand. I’ve seen small regions run by multiple people still collapse for the same reasons as ours.
