If I may suggest as Independent observer with no real knowledge about it.
Maybe the Justice Departement should have a look at the issue and give advice to the RP Secretary.
Wherafter the RP Secretary or his Deputy can make a decision about the issue. Following or declining the advice of the JM.
Afterwards both parties still have the opportunity to go through court if someone is still unsatisfied. Where a final decision will be enforced.
An excellent idea. But to be honest, I feel as though an intervention is not necessary against someone who has been blatantly toxic without much evidence against it. There isn't really much opportunity for debate here, because I would be surprised if someone could come up with me directly being rude to Pendors ooc. I won't deny IC, I was rude to him, but this was RP -- my country acted aggressively to his by using a false flag to try and take over one of his islands.
If Pendors' decides to defame us and now heeds your words and decides to go to court, I'll honestly be quite surprised if he wins..
But you're not telling what you did. First of all Everyone started to Gang up on me. And then you started insulting me and so i insulted you back and then everyone started calling me out and then after all of this you called me toxic. Not to mention the time you warned me because you didn't see when i spammed which i have been warned on that before you warned me, which means you warned me 1 time for no reason. And also, People always don't give a crap about you doing stuff to the RP. You are changing the RP to your own gain. And then when i rejoined the RP you banned me for literally no reason at all. And also calling my behaviour "unacceptable" is a lie. As debates happends and you seems to take it into your heart.
I'll admit i wasen't 100% Good at this but i just want to say please be less aggressive. We can both learn from this.
Well the investigation shall not intervene in the IC Roleplay part, as that is up to the Roleplayers to decide.
However if I understood it correctly Pendors has been banned from the Roleplay. the JM and or the Court can look into that. Was it a valid reason to ban someone from the Roleplay or not? Is the ban a proportional reaction? AND OR maybe other constructive advice to Roleplay(ers) in matters of toxicity.
What IC happens is not the JM and or Court concerns, however around the Roleplay OOC and the admin team, is under the oversight of both the Secretary (and the government).
I think it can be an added value, so that toxicity and meaningless debate OOC about the issue can be prevented. Of course I am making the suggestion, it is up to the RP secretary Islonia and JM Deppendants to set it in motion if they want to.
I think you're absolutely on the money on this issue. IC issues are not under the purview of the justice ministry, but OOC/meta issues such as being banned from the RP are. Now, whether or not Pendors is justified in his complaint is another matter entirely, but in my opinion, yes, he should at the very least be able to file a suit for it.
Plus, it's content for the judicial branch. Let's be real, people, we need to give our attorneys/public defenders/Justices something to do.

This week's polling shows record low numbers for both the TPU and Unity parties, while record high numbers for the PCT and TAP. Lack of effort into recruitment is what is believed to be hurting the two main parties.
You're right so I can't change your mind.
I would like to apologise for my absence lately XD
I got badly sick and my head really hurts whenever I stare at a screen
I hope to have recovered by the time the weekend rolls around
Signups for the Presidential Office/Staff will be coming out tomorrow! The positions available will include VP, Guardians, and staffers, and each role will be elaborated on in the dispatch. These are all positions that are not legally encoded, and so you'd be able to hold one of them while simultaneously holding your current government position (if you have one; if not, this could be an excellent way to start your career in Thaecian government). Stay tuned!
